Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) means over areas in ordinary rock exc.1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, including properly stacking at work site complete all as specified and as directed . (Note: excavated Mrtl from road ie soiling/WBM/ etc. will be properly stacked at work site for measurement complete all as specified and as directed by GE)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) means over areas in all kind of soil (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 M in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and Consolidating road formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for mixing of fly ash, clinker & stone dust in proportion of 1:3:6 (i.e 10% Fly ash, 30% Clinker and 60% Stone dust materials) laying , watering , ramming and compacting with vibratory roller to get min CBR value 20% and Dry density 97 % placed at required camber and gradient complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for GSB (Grade-I) (or sub base) 200 mm thick liad in two layers of 100mm thick layer with quarried stones of size as per MORTH specifiecation insterstices fillled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with power roller of capacity exc 8 tonne n.exc12 tonne complete all as speicified and directed (Note:- Rate shall be quoted by the bidders for two layers, 100 mm each & measured as one composite layer of 200 mm after rolling

All as per item No 1.05 here in above but except materials (serviciable material retrive from existing damage road under item No 1.01 above shall be issued free of cost) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 250 mm th (compacted th) wet mix macadam (WMM) (laid in three layer) including crushing to proper size as per MORTH specification and as directed spread using mechanical paver as specifed, rolled with power roller exc 10 tonne not exc 12 tonne and consolidated as specified gradient and camber complete as specified ans as dirrected Note:- Rate shall be quoted by the bidders for three layers as in 100 mm bottom layer, 75 mm thick in second & third layer and measured as one composite layer of 250 mm after rolling).

Preparing un surfaced WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes and removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all lose dirt etc and applying evenly a prime coat of cold mix bitumen emulsion standard grade @ 10 Kgs per 10 sqm with mechanical pressure sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for premix bituminous macadam carpeting 50mm consolidated thickness with 4% binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, paving bitumen of any penetration laid/spread uniformly by means of mechancial paver over WMM surface and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : - Bitumen content and precentage of air void shall be in accordance to IRC : 137)

M&L applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 05 Kg per 10 Sq m with mechanical pressure sprayer complete all as specified and as directed

M/L for applying 25mm thick mastic asphalt consisting of an intimate homogeneous mixture on mineral filler,well graded fine and coarse aggregate with industrial Grade-85/25 bitumen as per IS 73 of 2006 cooked at 170 degree C to 200 degree C,laid hot troweled and floated by means of wooden float,Bitumen mastic after spreading and while still hot and in plastic condition shall spread over with bitumen pre -coated fine aggregate of size 20mm @ 0.005 cum per 10sqm mixed with 0.17 kg per 10sqm of paving bitumen (VG-30), and anti skidding including all material.labour,tools and plants complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick center lines,stop lines,dashes,arrows etc and the like 10cm wide on roads pavements with reflective thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour (HOT APPLICATION) confirming to BS 3262-1989 laid down through modern propelled road marking machine in a layer of CRYSTALEX and use of all ingredients such as binder, glass, beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter filler thermoplastic required for glass beads per sqr mtr by incorporating the white glass beads for reflectivity all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

"S & F of reflective glow sign board of size 1.0m x 0.75m made out of 1.25mm thick stainless steel sheets, fixed with stainless steel clip or welded to SS frame of 32mm SS pope and 50mm dia SS posts not less than 2.5m height (2 Nos) and letter (Hindi and English) of size not less than 75mm height and width not less than 50mm each embedded with PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 complete all as specifed and dierected. (Note : Rate quoted shall be inclusive of earth work & Concrete)

M&L for 100 mm thick dry lean concrete (DLC) over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS : 383, size of aggregate not exc 40mm (grading and other parameters as per table 600 - 1 of MORTH, IRC SP : 49 specification) design mix, minimum cement content shall be as per IRC SP - 49, compressive strength shall not be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in batching plant, transported to site, laid with mechanical paver including spreading and compacted by using double drum smooth wheeled 80 to 100 KN static weight vibratory roller including necessary formwork finishing etc complete al as specified and directed. (construction/expansion joints shall be spaced as per paving concrete longitudinal and transverse all as specified and directed).

M&L Polythene film 125 micron thick complete all as specified over sand as per IS-2508 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) design mix of minimum field flexural strength 45 Kg/Sq cm (lower control limit-LCL) after 28 days in pavement slab using minimum cement content shall be as per IRC : 15 of Concrete (minimum 360 KG of Cement per cum of Concrete) with crushed stone aggregate of grading as specified and including Non circular synthetic fibre @ 1 kg/cum of concrete laid in panels including necessary formwork, spread and compacted using sensor paver, mechanically vibrated and bull nosing/rounding off edges, curing, booming, belting etc complete all as specified and directed (minimum thickness 250mm) complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 5mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A" complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Forming 20mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

(i) Galvanised earth plate of size 60x60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metres below ground level. (ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with charcoal and common salt in alternative layers ( n.exc 15 cms each layer) (iii) 4 mm GI wire from earth plate to feeder pillar including necessary GI bolts, nuts check , wahers, thimbles etc. (iv) 20mm bore,medium grade, GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horizontaly to the earth pit. (v) 40 mm dia bore G. I. light grade pipe for protection of earth strip.
