Dismantling of old panel board / starters etc. and disconnecting all the old incoming and the outgoing connection and shifting the panel / starters from the site.

Fixing the new starter Panel with mounting arrangement at frame by nut bolts as requirement. Making the incoming connections to the Panel by connecting the existing cables after proper thimbling etc. including providing & fixing of any consumables required at site.

Making all the outgoing connections by Connecting the starters to their respective loads etc. through the existing cables as per site requirement after proper thimbling and tapping etc. including providing & fixing of material as required.

Testing and Commissioning of the Starter Panels and operations first at No Load and then at On Load as per the site requirments.

Dismantling of the old Starter system from Aeration panels, removing incoming and outgoing cable connections, disconnecting the complete connection arrangement, removing mounting plates / sheets of panels and cleaning of panels etc as per site requirement.

S/o Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) of rating 100 Amp, Triple pole, breaking capacity of 50 KA or more.

S/o Power Contactor, 70 A, TP, (MNX 70 or equivalent)

S/o Timer for starter

S/o Add on block 1 No + 1 NC

S/o overload Relay for 40 HP

S/o Single Phase Preventer

S/o Push Buttons with contact Block

S/o Ampere Meter 100/5 Amp. Digital type.

S/o Volt Meter Digital type.

S/o Indicating Lamp, Led type

S/o MCB, 6 Amp, SP, ‘C’ Curve.

S/o Current Transformer 100/5 Ampere.

Fixing all the above Switchgears with mounting arrangement /nut bolts etc. including any modifications in the starters as per site requirement. Fixing Relays / Timers etc. the for making Starters functional and for making all the provisions for supply arrangement as required. The job includes providing of material and consumables as per site requirement.

Making the connection arrangement along with providing of copper cables as required for connecting MCCB and contactors for making star delta starting system, making all the connections of supply arrangement and interconnections of the Contactors etc. Making the required connections of Relays etc. through copper cables / wires of suitable size as required for making all the connections for operation of starters with tripping arrangement. The job includes providing other material and consumables as per site requirement.

Fixing of Metering and indicating instruments for the Metering / indicating system of the panel chambers with control arrangement and making the wiring connections including providing / laying / connecting copper flexible wire / cable including thimbling etc. and other works as per required at site.

Making the required incoming and outgoing connections of the Starters by connecting cables including carrying out all the works for supply arrangement including providing of material and consumables as per site requirement.

Testing & Commissioning of the renovated Starters and other equipments complete with setting of relays, calibration of Meters etc. as per CT rating requirement and testing of operations for starters.
