INTERNAL ELECTRICFICATION

S & F 40 Watt LED tube light fitting industrial type prewired with all accessories inlcuding connecting electrically to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor cable 3 core of size 0.50Sqmm.

S&F LED Bulk Head luminaire comprises of pressure die cast housing, acrylic diffuser & frame, having IP65 protection, energy efficient 13.5 Watt, complete with all accessories, internally pre wired and connecting electrically to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor cable 3 core of size 0.50Sqmm all as required at site or directed.

S&F LED street light fitting made of pressure die cast alumn alloy housing, acrylic diffuser & frame, having IP65 protection, energy efficient 45 Watt, complete with all accessories, internally pre wired and connecting electrically to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor cable 3 core of size 0.50Sqmm and mounting brackey made of GI tubing medium grade 25mm dia, 1.2 mtr long, bent to shape all as required at site or directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of wall or ceiling mounted 240 Volt AC illuminated double sided pictorial exit signs provided with appropriate direction arrow painted in green on white with an 3W LED Lamp including in-built rechargeable batteries, charger and Driver suitable for 90 minute operation and including accessories for surface/ recessed or ceiling suspended mounting, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning pure sine wave invertor 825 VA, 230 volts, 50 Hz complete with 12 V 165 AH maint free lead acid battery, complete assy housed in weather proof polycarbonate enclouser all as required at site or directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, installation , testing and Commissiong of LT feeder pillar box, Kisok indoor type, compartmentlised having separate compartment for incomer, outgoing and APFC sytem, CPRI type tested, LT 440 Volts, 50 Hz , 3 Phase 4 wire supply , floor mounted factory fabricated weather and vermin proof protection class IP 54 made out of 3.15 mm thick MS Sheet CRCA on angle iron 50X50X6mm frame of size suitable to incorporate following accessories with front and rear opening doors, handle type locking arrangement powder coated internally and externally, shall have channel base of appropriate size and mounted on PCC foundation of size as required or approved by manufacturers in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 , using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as recommended by manufacturer or directed, including earth work complete comprising of following :

FIRE FIGHTING AND FIRE ALARM

Supply ,Installation,testing & commissioning of electrical driven main fire pump (As per CFEES recommended) suitable for auto operation & manual operation (both) including pressure switch consisting of following complete in all respect as reqd (plant room,flooded suction) comprising of the following :- (a)Horizontal type ,single stage ,centrifugal end suction,pump of cast iron body and bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft to ensure a minimum pressure of 5.5 Kg/sqcm at the highest and farthest outlet,at specified flow of 2850 LPM at 70 Mtr head (44.33WHP) running at 1450 RPM complete with mechanical seal pressure guage with GM cock on delivery side of pump including 50 M by pass arrangement (with 50 mm valve and upto 5 m heavy grade pipe )for periodical testing of working pump set conforming to IS-12469:1988. (b) Suitable HP,Squirral cage induction motor TEFC type 1450 RPM Synchronized speed suitable for operation on 415 Volt,3 Phase 50 Hz AC supply with IP 55 class of protrection for enclosure,horizontal foot mounted type with class F insulation confirming to IS-325-1978.

(c) Common base frame for mounting pump and motor fabricated of mild steel channel as per manufacturer's recommendation with heavy duty anti vibration pads and painting of base frame in approved colour. (d) Suitable mechanical seal with mounting arrangement. (e) Suitable cement concrete foundation duly plastered with anti vibration pads including in cost. (f) Coupling and coupling guard for direct coupling of pump and motor. (g) Drain pipe with valve (50mm dia). (j) provision of suitable logic control AMF /Automatic panel for starting the Engine automatically in the event of pressure drop beyond set limit on mains failure or failure of electric driven pump to start including pressure switch and suitable wiring between engine ,pressure switch and control panel complete with DC ammeter,DC voltmetre,indication lamp,push botton,hooter lock out ,timers,interlocking relays,fuel level indicators as reqd.

Supply, erection, commisioning and testing of 80mm bore CI Sluice Valves , conforming to IS:14846. The valves shall be flanged having solid wedge gate valve, IS&Y Type, hand wheel with open-close indications etc all conforming to IS:780 but of nominal pressure rating of PN 1.6 as per TAC approved.

Supply, erection, commisioning and testing of 100mm bore CI Sluice Valves , conforming to IS:14846. The valves shall be flanged having solid wedge gate valve, OS&Y Type, hand wheel with open-close indications etc all conforming to IS:780 but of nominal pressure rating of PN 1.6 as per TAC approved.

Supply, erection, commisioning and testing of Leg supported Mild steel Air vessel 250MM dia x 1.5m high adequate size to take care of pressure surges during operation of the system and venting of entrapped air in the system shall be complete with 20MM air relief valve, pressure gauge with isolation cock , 20MM drain valve and shutt off valve at the inlet.(closed with pipe caps on either end).complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix fire hydrant landing valve type A (single headed outlet) gun metal of 80 mm dia landing valve with 63 mm dia female outlet complete and 80 mm inlet with rubber blank cap and chain as per IS 5290-1983 ,suitable for brigade hose of 63 mm with couplings concorming to IS 903 complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix fire hydrant landing valve type A (double head outlet) gunmetal of 80 mm dia landing valve with 63 mm dia female outlet complete and 80 mm inlet with rubber blank cap and chain as per IS 5290-1983 ,suitable for brigade hose of 63 mm with couplings concorming to IS 903 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erection and installation of Fire Hose Cabinet to be mounted externally near the Hydrant Post fabricated from 16 SWG MS Steel of appox size 800 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm with a canopy , door with 4 mm glass encased in heavy grade rubber beading, a key box in built in the box, suitable to accomodate one hydrant valve, one branch nozzle and two 30 mtrs hose, weather proof, Finished with P.O. fire red color, mounted on suitable angle iron legs for free standing at a height as required or directed. ( Sample to be approved prior to entire supply)

Supply, erection and installation of Fire Hose Cabinet to be mounted internally on walls Post fabricated from 16 SWG MS Steel of appox size 800 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm, door with 4 mm glass encased in heavy grade rubber beading, a key box in built in the box, suitable to accomodate one hydrant valve, one branch nozzle and two 15 mtrs hose, weather proof, Finished with P.O. fire red color, suitable mounting arrangement at a height as required or directed. ( Sample to be approved prior to entire supply).

Supply ,fixing, testing and commissioning of 63mm dia 15 mtr long Controlled perclating rubbberised fabric hose conforming to IS 8423 (type 'A') including gun metal male and female instantaneous coupling,bound and rivetted to hose pipe with 1.5 mm dia copper wire complete in all respects ,hose BSI marked ,conforming to IS 636 type II and complete male female coupling conforming to IS 903 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,fixing, testing and commissioning of 63mm dia 30 mtr long Controlled perclating rubbberised fabric hose conforming to IS 8423 (type 'A') including gun metal male and female instantaneous coupling,bound and rivetted to hose pipe with 1.5 mm dia copper wire complete in all respects ,hose BSI marked ,conforming to IS 636 type II and complete male female coupling conforming to IS 903 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,fixing,testing and commissioning of wall mounting swinging type First aid fire hose reel with drum,hanging bracket,30 mtr long and 20mm dia high pressure hose reel as per IS 444 with gunmetal shut off nozzle having 5mm dia orifice. The hose reel shall be conforming to IS 884-1985.Rate shall including for 25 mm dia MS pipe connection from riser to hose reel sockets,nipples,elbows and ball valve (25mm dia). Drum shall be fixed on adjoining wall through anchor fasteners/cement concrete book or MS stand as per site requirement and the rate for fixing/hanging items in the rates quoted(for internal hydrant and one each an either side of stage) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing supply, erection and commisioning of Gun metal, short type, instantaneous pattern Branch pipe to suit fire hose delivery coupling of 63 mm size complete with G M nozzle of 20 mm nominal size conforming to IS 8090, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing following size electrically operated water flow switches (Vane type) including tamper switch and accessories, complete with tap off socket arrangement as required, with potential free contact with 2 Nos, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 50 mm dia inspectors test assembly with built in test valve, sight glass, sectional drain valve, union with corrosion resistant orifice, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of 25 mm dia auto air vent valve (PN-16) on top of each sprinkler riser with ball valve, flanged inlet connection etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing dial type (100 mm) pressure gauge with isolation ball valve suitable for working pressure of 250 PSI. Cost shall be inclusive of supplying any short pieces, nipples, elbows etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing M.S. puddle flanges fabricated from 750 mm long pipe pieces madeup of R.C.C. water tanks wall / slab. The entire fitting shall be hot dipped galvanised (Flanges shall confirm to BS10 Table E) of 100 mm dia (Flanged ends MS plate 6 mm thick; 250 mm x 250 mm plus dia of pipe), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of modular dry powder type fire extigusher 2 kgs ceiling suspended capacble of covering 3 mtr dia when installed at 3.7 mtr hight complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing supply, erection and installation of dry chemical powder Fire Extinguisher ( ABC Type ) 9 Kgs capacity complete with chromium plated gun metal union(cap), fitted with braided hose and opennozzle with initial charge of dry chemical powder and gas cartridge the extinguisher is internally coated with lead tin by electrolitic process and externally coated with lead tin with fire red paint and cylinder bearing No.(IS:15683:2006) and the gascartridge bearing with ISI certitifcation mark, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing supply, erection and installation of carbon-di-oxide 4.5 Kg capacity fire extinguisher, made of mild steel with chromium plated gun metal union (cap), fitted with braided hose. The extinguisher is internally coated with lead tin by electrolitic process and externally coated with lead tin with fire red paint and cylinder bearing No. IS:15683 and the gascartridge bearing with IS certitifcation mark, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing supply, erection and installation of CLEAN AGENT TYPE fire extinguishers, 4.0 kg capacity conforming to IS:15683 with extinguishing agent: FE 36 (HFC-236fa) and enviromentally save with ZERO ODP, wall bracket handle fitted with high pressure flexible discharge hose with ISI certitifcation mark, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing supply, erection and installation of MECHANICAL FOAM TYPE fire extinguishers, 9 Ltr capacity conforming to IS:13386 with extinguishing agent: water+AFFF and propelling Nitrogen gas, wall bracket handle fitted with high pressure flexible discharge hose with discharge throw of 2 - 5 Mtrs, with ISI certitifcation mark, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing supply, erection and installation of trolley mounted MECHANICAL FOAM TYPE fire extinguishers, 45Ltrs capacity conforming to IS:13386 with extinguishing agent: water+AFFF and propelling Nitrogen gas, wall bracket handle fitted with high pressure flexible discharge hose with discharge throw of 2 - 5 Mtrs, with ISI certitifcation mark, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing supply, erection and installation of dry chemical powder fire extinguisher ( ABC Type ) 6 Kg capacity complete with chromium plated gun metal union(cap), fitted with braided hose and opennozzle with initial charge of dry chemical powder and gas cartridgeThe extinguisher is internally coated with lead tin by electrolitic process and externally coated with lead tin with fire red paint and cylinder bearing No.(IS:15683:2006) and the gas cartridge bearing with ISI certitifcation mark, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and testing of self contained mobile foam(as per fire norms) for rapid deployement of foam to fight chemical spills of capacity 200 litres with or nearest size available firt fill of 3% AFFF, foam concentrate/ (UL listed). Foam branch pipe and fire hoses shall be mounted on concentrate storage tank. The tank shall be rigidly clamped on storage tank. complete unit shall be mounted on four wheel with handle for easy movement. The tank shall be made up SS 304 not less than 2mm. This compact equipment consist of foam tank inductor branch pipe adequate size hose reel for keeping and fire hose 02 Nos ISI marked , 15 m hose along with male and female coupling for ready to plug in to a suitable water supply as required to complete the system and the following details are required as under:- (i) Working pressure 7 Kg/cm2. (ii) Foam inductor 3% AFFF fixed type, material SS 304, end connection 63mm, FM approved. (iii) Inlet/outlet variable type 63 mm instataneous male GM/SS coupling. (iv) Dip tube:SS304 (v)Branch pipe -capacity 225LPM, material aluminium, end connection 63 mm male, instantaneous coupling foam type AFFF 3% inductor, FM approved. (vi) Large caster wheels with solid rubber type for easy mobility. Note (i) The complete set of shall be supplied by OEM and locally assembled mobile foam trolley is not acceptable. (ii) Make shall be approved by AO.

Material and Labour for Cutting/Taping of CI/DI/MS pipe of bore size 80/100mm in position for reducing to required length for insertion of new tees, branches etc including necessary welding or any other work complete all specified and as directed. Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for DI specials such as tees, bends of any size and radius, tapers, collars, tail pieces, caps and plugs etc.

Construction of valves pit chamber having internal dismention 90 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm (internal height) using PCC (1:4:8) 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cms thick, 23 cm thick wall in CM (1:4) 10 mm thick rendering all around the brick work with 1:6 cement mortar PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping with 20mm graded aggregate for grouting MS frame including 8mm thick MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement, MS frame made out of 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick angle iron including painting of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primers finishing coal including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs all as directed

Supply and fixing MS pipe header as per IS 3589, 250 mm dia size min 6 mm thick 4 mtr length with flanged ends closed with dead plates not less than 20 mm thick fixed with nuts bolts and washer and rubber gasket and including provision of following incoming and outgoing connections of MS pipe, Heavy duty, Class C, of length 300 mm with flanged ends with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified. (a) 200/150/100/65 mm dia incoming - 03 No. (b) 150/100 mm dia outgoing - 02 No Note : (i) CI Sluice valve/Butterfly valves shall be measured seperately under respective items. (ii) Cost of any other size branch as incoming or outgoing if needed at site shall be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Cost of the brick work required to support the header is included in the quoted rate.

(ii) Cost of any other size branch as incoming or outgoing if needed at site shall be included in the quoted rate.
