SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I Dismantling of old unserviceable DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA after dismantling all components and connected accessories and deposit at AGE E/M stores including transportation complete all as directed.
Dismantling of old unserviceable DG set of capacity 200 KVA after dismantling all components and connected accessories and deposit at AGE E/M stores including transportation complete all as directed.
Dismantling of old unserviceable DG set of capacity 320 KVA after dismantling all components and connected accessories and deposit at AGE E/M stores including transportation complete all as directed.
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of one out-door Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 62.5 KVA / 50 KW, 3 phase with neutral, freqency 50Hz, AC generator installed including acoustic enclosure, associated control panel and connected acessories, cooling, ventilation fuel and exhaust system suitable for ambient condition as per CPCB approved at Hyderabad and confirming to condition under IS 4722/1460, BS 5514/2613/5000 ISO 8526/3046 with the following:
Alternator: Standard design alternator, Power Rated at 62.5 KVA / 50 KW, net out put at site after connsidering derating as per site conditions 3 Phase 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 HZ, Power factor 0.8 (lagging) Current 87 Amps, net output at site after considering derating for per site conditions at 0.8 (lagging) power factor, self excited, self regulated, screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design, insulation class 'H' and Automatic voltage regulation of ± 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The permissible overload should be 10% for one hour in 12 hours of duration. The alternator shall be conforming to BS 2613/5000/IS 4722. The alternator shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation with in ± 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for Hyderabad climate and shall generally confirm to BS-2613/5000/IS-4722.
Diesel Engine: Adequate capacity Diesel Engine capabile of 62.5 KVA coupled with alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions and power consumed by accessories. The engine shall be directly coupled through closed coupling, turbo charged after cooled, multi cylinder, multi stroke direct injection, cold starting and shall confirm ISO 3046 / BS-5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in 12 hours continous operation. The engine shall be electric start and shall be suitable for battery assisted Manual / Auto starting. The governing system of the engine shall be electric type and suitable to frequency variation with in ± 1% in case of load is switch on or thrown off. (i) Turbo charger, pulse tuned exhaust manifold. (ii) Cooling System: Mounted radiator with fan and belts & guard, corrosioninhibitor coolent etc. (iii) Silencer: Residential type.
(iv) Exhaust System: Exhaust system complete with flexible stainless steel piping of suitable dia 2.5 mtrs above the adacent bldg as per OEM standard with necessary supports and proper insulation complete for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclosure and proper insulation complete for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclosure. (v) Starting System: Electric Self Starter with maintenance free batteries including battery charging alternative belt driven. (vi) Fuel injection system with fuel injectors, filters, houses, fuel injection solenoid switch and nozzels. (vii) Fuel tank of adequate capacity: As per OEM norms and specifications designed for above capacity of DG Set. (viii) Lub oil pump, filter and coller.
(ix) Intake system: Air intake manifold with dry type air filters. (x) Engine and alternator shall be mounted on common base frame with AVM pads. (xi) Mounted micro processor based control panel having standard features and display engine and electrical parameters. (xii) The engine supplied with first filling of oil of required quantity as recommended by OEM. (xiii) All deliverible shall be confirmed the norms established by CPCB.
AMF Panel: Auto Main Failure (AMF) Panel out door type made out 3.15mm CRCA sheet weather proof powder coated conforming to IS 8623 and IP-54 totally enclosed dust and vermin proof with front and rear openings of 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire AC 50 HZ having aluminium bus bar of capacity required to carry current at 110% load of 62.5 KVA DG Set with three phase and half neutral colour coded pre-wired with copper flexible cable. AMF panel shall house adequate capacity contactors for smooth transfer of load between mains and DG set. Panel shall be operated with three modes of operation. 1. Auto, 2. Manual, 3. Test.
Contactor of Suitable capacity 3 pole with required Nos. as per OEM, TP contactor for netural for both supplies. Suitable capacity of MCCB, 4 Pole for both supplies. CTs 150/5A for both the supplies. Push buttons. Indication Lamps. 2 over load + earth leakage relay Multi functional digital meter for KWH, KVA, KW, Amps, Volts, frequency, power factor etc. SMPS Battery charge 12V, with trickle and boost charging. ON/OFF Switch. Automatic / Manual Switch. Hooter. Voltage sensing relay. Six window anunciator for fault indications.
Acoustic Enclosure: Enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet metal will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom to suit conditions with the following features: - (i) Custom built product for various equipments, with ensure the optimum performance without duration.
(ii) 16SWG (1.6mm) thick CRCA sheet to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathing action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound absoption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets. (iii) Sheet metal component of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action.
(iv) Special paint treatment with pure polyster powder / epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. (v) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to put out the heat from the chamber efficiently. (vi) For effective acoustic / weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to be used. (vii) The DG set should be provided with the external emergency stop push button and fire alarm. (viii) A see through transparent window infront of engine panel to be provided for monitoring the parameters. (ix) Working space is to be provided around the equipment for easy maintenance / repairs. (x) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exist of fuel lines cable to be incorported in the enclosure as per the requirement. (xi) See through transparent window (glass or acrylic) in front of engine panel to be provided for monitoring the operation. (xii) Ducting if required, bellows, mechanical hardware like locks, hinge, fasters etc to be provided.
(xiii) Deliverables 75DB @ 1 meter at 75% load under free field conditions. The temp inside the enclosure will be with in limit and as per manufacturers recommendations above ambient temp. (xiv) The enclsoure should be provided with bulk head light fitting for inside illumination. (xv) The exhaust pipe along with proper aluminium cladding, shall be laid to a height of above the roof level. The rates for the same are to be included in the quoted rates. (xvi) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure inside the DG set on a suitable insulated platform. (xvii) Fuel gauge to be provided with the neck of fuel tank. (xviii) Tools as per manufacturers with the box. (xix) Invents of suitable company be manufacture. (xx) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process.
(e) Civil Work: All civil works including RCC / PCC platform 1:3:6 type C2 and related to foundations including of panel and equipments including of panel and equipments including making good and existing structure of disturbed during installation and commissioning of Gen Set, the depth of the foundation shall be minimum 300mm with anti vibration pads or as recommended by the manufacturer. The foundation drawing for DG set shall got be approved by Engineer-in-Charge before laying of foundation. The contractor has to obtain approval for RCC / PCC foundation for the DG set with the manufactures, rates shall be quoted accordingly with written certificate from the manufacturers for the same.

(a) The Emission limits of DG sets upto 800KW / 1000 KVA shall be incorporated as per the latest CPCB norms as published by the Gazette of India New Delhi dated 03 Nov 2022 vide S No. 716 Extraordinary Part-II Section 3 - Sub Section (i) and emission limits shall come into force from 01 Jul 2023.
(b) The emission limits shall be tested through one of the five CPCB approved / recognized labs as mentioned below: - (i) Automatic Research Association of India, Pune (Maharashtra). (ii) International Centre for Automative Technology, Manesar (Haryana). (iii) Indian Oil Corporation, Research and Development Centre, Faridabad (Haryana). (iv) Indian Institute of Petroleum, Dehradun (Uttarakhand). (v) Vehicle Research Development Establishment, Ahmednagar (Maharashtra). (c) The cost of incorporation of Emission Standards and testing is included in rate quoted by the contractor. (d) DG set manufactured prior to 01 Jul 2023 shall not be allowed / acceptable.
Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less that 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 5 mm as earthing by means of bolts nuts and washers of galvanized iron including excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil including 40 mm GI tubing light grade and necessary fittings for protection of GI strip including layong of charcoal, dust and common slat, PCC 1:2: 4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate with earth pit with 25 x 25 x 6.0 mm MS angle iron frame RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia round bar @ 75 mm C/C both way with MS handle 20 mm dia plastering 15 mm thick CM (1:6) internally and upto 150 mm below ground level externally. GI funel with wire mesh 20 mm dia GI pipe for watering complete all as shown on electrical plate No. 03 of SSR Part-I 2009 and connected to earth test point including testing completed all specified and directed.
Note: (i) Item of earthing includes 7.5 mtr long GI strip 25 x 6 mm size protection pipe 15mm dia GI medium grade any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order based on SSR rates enhanced by 25%. (ii) On testing through after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying & fixing 25 x 5mm GI strip 40mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with GI nut, bolt, spring, washer, excavation and returning etc as required.
Supplying & fixing, 25 x 5mm GI strip at 0.5 mtr below ground as earth strip including connection / termination with GI nut, bolt, spring, washer, etc as required (jointing shall be done by over lapping and with 02 sets of GI nut, bolt, spring, washer, spaced at 50mm.
M&L for taking out existing unserviceable lift of any capacity / any size complete with all accessories after disconnectioning the existing incoming / outgoing cables / feeder connections and shifting the same to AGE E/M storeyard with out damage to the lift by using lifting machines / cranes, transporting through vehicle and stacking in proper position as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) All termination of existing cable should be provided with copper lugs / thimbles and suitable size of glands & rate for the same is deemed to be included in the item. (ii) Cutting, drilling & opening of existing wall of brick / stone masonary for carry the new panel / Eqpts to inside the building and making good surfaces to match the existing surfaces and quoted rate for the same is deemed to be included in the item.
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of electrically operated goods cum passengers lift (2500 Kgs) suitable to serve 3 floors, G+2 upper floors (3 stops and 3 openings) of speed 0.5 metre/sec with electrically operated motor 415V, 3 phase, 50 Hz with geared machine and shall be installed above the shaft in machine room all as conforming to IS:14665 with latest amendments including microprocessor controlled with Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency (VVVF) drive with closed loop complete with all standard accessories and components having SS car enclosure with 2 speed automatic control drive complete with all standard accessories all specified below:
(a) Type of lift : Goods cum passenger (b) Load capacity : 2500 Kgs (c) Speed : 0.5 m/sec (d) Type of drive : AC Variable Voltage, Variable Frequency drive (VVVF). (e) Type of machine : Geared machine and directly coupled vertical traction. (f) Car size : 2000mm x 2500mm (g) Car door : Staineless steel door with hairline finish (N-304) for car and landing at all floors.
(h) Car enclosure: Sliding stainless steel doors, car cage and frames etc shall be made out of minimum 1 mm thick stainless steel and vandal proof (scratch free, hairline finish) as well as cage roof covered with stainless steel sheets of suitable size panelling with suitable Nos. of LED lights and concealed fan in stainless steel grill. (j) Flooring: Flooring with 18mm thick granite slab over 5mm thick SS plate. (k) Door opening (Inside): Protected by centre opening stainless steel doors with hairline finish with clear opening of 1200 x 2000 mm telescopic heights.
(l) Car and counter weight guide: Guide rails of T section mild steel. (m) Combined luminous hall butoons with digital hall position indicators at all floors. (n) One no car operating panel with touch screen buttons in the car. (o) Vaccum filled display for car position indicator of stainless steel and overload warning in car. (p) Car direction indicator in car and landing. (q) Battery operated alarm bell and emergency light (rechargable) alongwith suitable maintenance free battery. (r) Fire mans switch one No per lift to be installed at Ground floor near landing door.
(s) All signal fixture and car opearting panel on stainless steel face plate. (t) 3D infra red sensor safety edge of door for entire height. (u) Built in annnouncing system hands free. (v) Stainless steel hand rail 40mm dia all around inside the car cabin. (w) Stops and opening all on the same side. (x) Safety device: Automatic rescue device (ARD) system battery operated with and including maintenance free battery of suitable capacity and battery charger with optimum direction system in start operation requiring no human intervention rescues during power / system failure with latest power control devices. (y) Operation: Simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with / without attendant.
(z) 02 Nos GI earthing complete all as specified in SSR Part-I, plate No. 3 with GI strip 32 x 6mm upto machine room. (aa) Hoist way construction : As shown in drawing. (ab) AC-VVVF drive shall be of amke: Yashkawa / Mistsubisshi / Fuji / Otis or as per OEM. (ac) Control system shall be of closed loop type. (ad) Counter weight shall be cast iron (ae) Control wiring with copper conductor cables PVC insulated sheathed multistranded of suitable size and adequate length from control panel to lift machine room drawn through Non metalic PVC conduit heavy grade with fittings and including necessary cable connetions by providing control DB with switch gears. (af) Necessary civil works like RCC foundation for gearless machine and PCC for groutings, supports, MS channels, brackets etc.
Note: (a) The contractor should visit the site to assess the exact scope of work prior to quoting the tender. (b) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the following: - (i) Fixing car and counter weight brackets, alignment of guide rails and fixing counter weight frame, car frame with balancing couter weights. Complete machine unit Over Speed Governor (OSG), necessary machine fixing channels. (ii) Additional safety aspects for machine room (First Aid Box, Co2 / Foam based fire hydrant cylinders, Danger plates, Rubber mats in front of each controller. Electric shock treatment charts and any other safety item that may be required by authorities) and in lift car including lift identification plates and DOS AND DONTS plates made of SS with engraved letters in English language as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
(i) The contractor shall submit the drawings at the time of sample approval of goods cum passengers Lift, data, design calculations, Technical specification for approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) All system controls and devices as per standards codes, acts of lifts safety norms shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. The cost effect of testing and obtaining statutary certificate from lift inspector before commisioning by department shall deemed to be included in the rate contract. (iii) The lift shall be taken over by the department only after producing the clearance from authorised lift inspector by bidder.The bidder has to consider this element while quoting the rates and no extra claim if any shall be entertained at a later stage.
(v) The contractor shall note that the defect liability period will be one year from the certified date of completion and during this period the lift shall be kept functional serviceable all the time and all consummable items shall also be provided by the contractor for satisafactory running of the lift. (vi) Car and slide doors shall be made from SS 304 grade. (vii) Earthing and earth strip will be measured and paid separately.
Earthing complete with galvanised iron plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.00mm thick GI earthing lead burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with the top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr from below normal GL, connected to and including Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead upto 7.5 m by means of nuts, bolts, washers, checknuts of galvanised iron and connected to earthing test point and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation / earth work in any type of strat PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber, precast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 [Reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM)] weight not less than 4 Kg/sqm,cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, including GI earth strip with GI protection pipe of 40mm light upto 7.5 mtrs long including charcoal and salt in layers 15 cm around earth plate etc complete and testing on completion all as specified and directed.
Note: (i) Rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of excavation in any type of strata, RFR and removal upto 50metre, PCC pit, funnel and RCC cover plate. (ii) GI strip above 7.5m will be measured and paid seperately. (iii) Earth resistance 1.0 ohm.
Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, as required 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip completeall as specified and directed.
All as per item No. 14 above, but for Second year after expiry of defects liability period (i.e. for one year after completion of first year maintenance period).
