Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel and all reinforced cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete complying with Standard (MS rods or RTS rods) which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate. The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.59:2.93 mix using 20mm-66% & 10mm-34% ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Applying Two coats of wall putty 3mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Plastering with C. M 1:5 mix, 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc complete.

Finishing the floor with granolithic flooring including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 20 cm X 20 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight.

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.
