SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (SCHEDULE OF ITEMS)

B&R Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm)

M&L for Wiring for twin control light point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed PVC conduit or caping-N-casing including 2 way modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Supplying and fixing PVC batten / angle holder incl connection as reqd complete all as specified and directed

Supply only PVC ventilation fan 200 mm sweep complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only Exhaust fan of any sweep/type incuding making all electric connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing following way single pole and neutral, sheet steel MCB distribution board 12 way, 240 valts on surface/recess complete, with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar,inter connection, powder pointed including earthing etc as requied (But with out MCB/RCCB/Isolater)

S&F in replacement of MCB 'C' Curve type, 10 kA, 5 to 32 Amp, Single Pole and neutral with over load and short circuit protection complete all as directed.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

Repair and replacement of Street light 50 Watts white/warm White as per site requirement

Fixing only pre-wired light fittings of LED of 18W flurecent/compact fluoverscent fitting with all accessories on ceiling/wall including connetion with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, copper inductor, single core cable and earthing etc as required all as specified and directed.

Supply only of LT UG Cable PVC Shethed XLPE Cable 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core

Supplying and fixing of light class G.I. pipe of 50 mm dia. (nominal) 3 metres length along the pole for protection of under ground cable as required

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size direct in Open/, Wall/ ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench above 35 Sqmm upto 95Sqmm complete all as specified and Directed by Engr-In-Charge.Note: As Per Site Condition laying of Cable Open/Wall/Trench

Supply & fix Bus bar Panel, Size:0.8x0.4x0.4 Mtr, Kisok outdoor type, CPRI type tested, LT 440 Volts, 50 Hz , 3 Phase 4 wire supply , floor mounted factory fabricated weather and vermin proof protection class IP 54 made out of 3.14 mm thick MS Sheet CRCA on angle iron 30X30X4mm frame of size suitable to incorporate following accessories with both side opening doors, locking arrangement powder coated internally and externally, shall have channel base of appropriate size and mounted on PCC foundation of size as required or approved by manufacturers in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 , using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as recommended by manufacturer or directed by the Engr -in - charge including earth work complete comprising of Bus bar chamber comprising 4 Nos Aluminium strip bus bars PVC insulated made of aluminium strip of size suitable for 250A current & 4 ways. PVC sheathed with colour coding incl 200 Amps 4 Pole MCCB and all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
