A. Illuminated Internal Pictograph & Signages S.I.T.C of following sizes Single Sided / Double Sided openable glow sign board of thickness 70mm minimum for single sided and 100mm for double sided board. Signage shall be made out of 1.44mm thick aluminum extruded profiles with concealed hinged profile system, extrusions with anodizing / epoxy powder coating of approved shade & colour. The text (in two language) / signage matter shall be electro cut computerized automated self-adhesive vinyl graphics of 3M black out film and yellow message to be created by using 3M yellow 3630-015 translucent film, to be transferred on front side of clear cast acrylic sheet of 5 mm thick of A-cast make of malaysia, acrylic sheet to be pasted with 3M VHB (Very High Bond) double side adhesive tape in extruded aluminum section and easy for graphic changes, (single sided shall have 1.5mm thick Aluminum sheet for back). The illumination source shall be of LED's (CREE / Nichia / Sharp/ Philips (Lumade) / Osram/ Edison) with suitable individual current regulator & driver suitable for operation on 150-270V AC, 50Hz supply and LED shall be fixed inside the frame to obtain uniform illumination, Lumen output – 100 lumen per watt, mean life (burning hours)-50000 hrs burning life with 80% output, along with required internal wiring, connectors, earthing the body etc. Signage board shall be suitable for ceiling /wall/side mounting. Complete job, as required, as per specifications & approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

B. External Signages S.I.T.C. of retro reflective sign boards made of 4 mm thick ACP Sheet (ACP sheet of make Aludecor / Alstrong / Eurobond / Timex), one side face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting of 3M / Avery Denison make conforming to type-IV of ASTM-D4956-01 in blue/green and silver white or other colour combination as approved by Engineering-In-Charge including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class-2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminum alloy rivets @ 30cm c/c to back support frame, complete job as reqd, as per approved drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. [Note:- structural steel frame shall be charged separately.]

C. Structural steel work Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, welding, hoisting, fixing in position and applying two priming coat & colour of approved EIC, complete, as reqd.

D. Stainless Steel Framework Providing and fixing frame work made of stainless steel pipe & rectangular section of grade 304 including cutting, welding, grouting, buffing, polishing, & fixing in position , complete job, as reqd. As per approved drawing and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
