REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF SPLIT TYPE AND WINDOW TYPE AIR CONDITIONERS, WATER COOLERS, VOLTAGE STABILIZERS AND WATER PURIFIERS AT POWAI, WORLI, CGSD MAMKHURD UNDER GE DAMAN

Taking out window/split type AC of capacity 1.5/2.0TR, opening of the same and checking / detecting the fault and carrying out necessary repair and replacement of unserviceable spare/parts as required to make it operational, reassembling and refixing the unit to its position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The spares/parts shall be measered and paid separately under respective items (b) The labour cost for replacement of spares/parts shall be deemed to be included in this item. (c) The rates shall be inclusive of transport from the site to workshop and vice versa before and after the repair. Note For ALL Items: All AC Maint Related Works shall be done in all Mumbai Area sites under GE Daman i.e., Panvel, Murud janjira, etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dry Servicing of window/ split type AC capacity upto 2.0 TR at site, cleaning and washing of cabinet, evaporator, condenser, ground chasis, filter and restarting and checking of unit complete all as specified and directed.

Water Servicing of window/ split type AC capacity upto 2.0 TR at site, cleaning and washing of cabinet, evaporator, condenser, ground chasis, filter, oiling and greasing of all movable parts, testing of capacitor and relay, retightening all electrical connections including replacing naked wires with copper conductor wires/ cables as per existing ones,and making dry with blower and refixing/ reassembling and refixing the unit to its position all as specified and directed.

Copper tubing of adequate size where required and regrigerant gas for charging of equipment compressor shall be provided by the firm and cost there off shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoated against this Item. (2) Refrigerant gas for charging of equipment compressor shall be provided by the firm and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this Item.

Material and labour for System fusing, welding, soldering, vaccumising and gas charging to Split Inverter Type air Conditioners :- Capacity 2 TR. { NOTE :- (i) Necessary T & P for gas charging of appliances for mechanic shall be arranged by the contractor at his end without any extra cost to the department.}

Supply only Bakelite Terminal strip 4 Way up to 40 Amps for 03 KVA to 06 KVA.

Rewinding transformer of voltage stablizer upto 5 kVA capacity with existing guage copper winding of capacity range 90 to 280 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PCB board of inverter type AC upto 2.0 TR and fixing back to its original position all as specified and as directed by engineer -in-charge

Supply and fix in repairs PCB board of non inverter type AC upto 1.5 TR and fixing back to its original position all as specified and as directed by engineer -in-charge

Removing of AC Window/Split/Window/Water Coolers upto 2.0 Ton including from specied location at Mumbai Area under GE Daman and deposited to the MES store yards AGE E/M Daman as per directed and suggested by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F new PVC pipe of 15 to 45 mm dia, rigid grade I suitable for carryout drain water pipe as required at site all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in new AC platform weight as per existing at site for repair replacement of AC at any floor including checking of anchoring , rusting and apply a coat of primer red oxide and two coats of aluminium silver paint throughout the platform and replacement of anchor bolts all as directed by engineerin charge. Note:- Ac platforms to be fixed at second floor outer side of building , painting material, accessing machine all are including in above item rate.
