Supply of LED type elevated medium intensity omni-directional Approach light fixture,(30W, 90-100 cd) in compliance with ICAO specifications complete with breakable coupling, mounting assembly, LED lamp, driver suitable for operation in 6.6A series circuit, clear dome, i/c supply of base plate with 6 Nos. stainless steel bolts, spring & plain washers, gasket and other standard accessories etc. complete as required. The fitting arrangment shall confirm to relevant standards and specifications as per the requirements. (NOTE :- Excavation/ earthwork, concrete foundation, pipe to be measured under item No 45)

Supply of elevated type omni-directional taxiway/dispersal edge light fixture (10W, 2 cd) in compliance with ICAO specifications complete, blue lens, connected secondary lead i/c supply of LED lamps, and other standard accessories etc. complete as required.The fitting arrangment shall confirm to relevant standards and specifications as per the requirements. (Taxiway light - 29 Nos & Dispersal egde light - 24 Nos)

Supply of LED type, medium intensity, omni-directional 8 inch dia inset type runway edge light fixtures (30W, 90-100 cd) in compliance with ICAO specifications complete , with shallow base, bottom box and matching body of the fitting, inner body and outer cover complete to suitable for mounting the fitting in pavement along with LED lamp suitable for operation in 6.6A series circuit, reflector, clear filter, gasket and other accessories etc and confirming to relevant standards, specifications as per the requirements.

Supply of LED type inset medium intensity, omni-directional, visible cum infrared TLOF light fixture (7W, 100 cd) in compliance with ICAO specifications complete suitable for operation in dual mode, complete with refractor assembly with adjustment mechanism, clear lens, i/c supply of LED lamps, shallow base with other standard accessories etc. complete as required. The fitting arrangment shall confirm to relevant standards and specifications as per the requirements.

Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Landing 'H' direction indicator (465 W) in compliance with ICAO specifications consisting of three rectangular AL limbs having length of 4000 mm each supported with 50 mm dia Aluminium frangible pipe of 1350 mm length & flanges, suitable wattage linear LED lights with driver (minimum IP65) for each limb, each circuits to operate on 230 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase / single phase, AC supply providing control unit with suitable Relay, Contactor, copper wiring upto JB etc. as required for remote operation of landing 'T' from AGL control room as well as from control tower, connections/interconnections, civil foundations for each legs with MS anchor base plate, casting pedestal up to 1 mtr all around the landing 'H' with 1:2:4 cement concrete of 100 mm thick and neat finish top, painting/powder coating, all required materials & SS hardware etc. as required and confirming to tenders technical specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required.

Supply installation testing and commissiong of frangiable & illuminated wind direction indicator(WDI) (180 W) in compliance to ICAO Annex 14, Volume II and suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz, single phase,AC Supply and consist of following complete as required. (a) Minimum 4.5 mtr height Fibre-reinforced plastic(FRP) frangible lattice mast(minimum size 500mmx500mm).The frangibility shall confirm to ICAO Annex 14 & Aerodrome design manual part-6 / FAA. The color of mast shall be preferably aviation Red & White. (b) Wind sock assembly complete with slip rings, Pole, Aluminium drum, bracket for drum, bearing with rain shade, carbon brush with holder bracket and wind sock cloth of color Red & White etc. (c )Mounting arrangement & provision of sufficient LED lights fixtures to meet minimum lux level requirement as per technical specification and ICAO Standard. (f) Hinged arrangement for tilting down of mast for maintenance. (g) Providing and laying suitable cement concrete foundation with supply of grouting accessories i.e anchor bolts,frame etc for installation of WDI as per OEM recommendations.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LED type aerodrome beacon (12W, 2500 cd) similar to type L-801H (L) in compliance with ICAO specifications complete suitable for operation on 220/240v, 50Hz, single phase AC supply, i/c supply of LED lamp assembly, ON/OFF control panel, base frame, hardware, ON/OFF of beacon from control desk of ATC tower, all required switches, contactors, connection/ inter-connections etc. and confirming to tenders technical specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of 03 Nos of Guidance signage board (IP 65 protection) in compliance to ICAO standard of various sizes fabricated from anodized aluminium profile structure & 2mm thick aluminium sheet, 4mm thick long life imported non-specular surface polycarbonate signage sheet, symbols of sign shall be made of self-adhesive 3M film applied on face of polycarbonate sheet and All reflector sheet for light reflection if required. Board shall be illuminated with linear LED's & driver(s) i/c all other accessories, suitable converter to operate on 2.8 Amp to 6.6 Amp AC constant current as incoming supply, mounting legs with breakable coupling & base frame, secondary leads, providing cement concrete foundation of suitable size & depth for each unit, providing pedestal up to 1.5 mtr all around the signage with 1:2:4 CC of 150 mm thick & finish with neat cement plaster including supply and installation of suitable single capacity/ wattage electronic converters etc complete as required and confirming to tenders technical specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required.

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Remote Control Desk made out of 14SWG MS Sheet suitable for 10 Nos. of airfield ground lighting Circuits including Brilliancy control Switches, ON/OFF switches, indication lamps, Mimic diagram panel, Junction Box in CCR Room and Back indication panel in CCR Room etc. Complete in all respects for remote control of Airfield ground lighting circuits as per the standrad technical specification and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work including cost and conveyance of all materials with hire charges of machinery and equipments, with all lead & lift, loading and unloading charges, transportation charges, labor charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and design and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Supply only 4 sqmm 2 core PVC insulalted PVC sheathed, AFL secondary lead made out of unarmoured copper conductor 600V/1100V grade cable for connection to airfield light fixtures as specified in particular specification etc complete as required.

Supply only power cable of 1.1KV grade of following sizes Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable confirming to IS 7098(PartI) with upto date ammendments. (a) 25 sqmm 3.5 core (for Landing 'H' and from UPS to MV panel)

(b) 16 sqmm 2 core (for WDI)

Laying up to 50 mm dia HDPE pipe in the soil by excavation up to 80 cm and refilling the earth and make good including coupling, splicing, jointing of pipe etc complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1kV/5KV grade Up to 35 sqmm in the existing RCC/GI/HUME/METAL/HDPE pipe etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable/AFL cable of 1.1kV/5KV grade Up to 35 sqmm in the existing masonry open duct/ cable tray as required as per specifications.

Cutting of surface with kerb cutting machine of suitable size & depth for laying of GI/HDPE pipe/connecting lead in bituminous/PQC area of runway i/c kerfing, chiseling, cleaning and refilling the groove with suitable PCC and sealant material as required and making good including primer etc. complete as required as per direction of EIC.

Core cutting of the Bitminous/Concrete Runway by cuttings the Runway with Machine Tool for required size, positioning of shallow base, applying suitable sealant for bonding etc., making the Runway to the original shape and strength, installation and alignmnent of fitting i/c connection etc. as required for inset type runway light.

Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of 50 mm dia Frangible Pole along of suitable length with breakable coupling and base plate for approach light. Note :- Rate is inclusive for excavation/ earthwork, concrete foundation required for fixing of pipe for 18 Nos approach light fitting. Approach light fittings shall be paid under item No 1.
