Providing, Installation testing & Commissioning of VRV/VRF outdoor Units (Hot & Cold) complete with all accessories like Compressors, condenser coil, PCB, fan etc & fixtures for resting of the outdoor units. The Outdoor units combination shall be provided with individual remote control along with centrally controlled remote Controller having touch screen panel capable of monitoring operation of outdoor units. The Hot & cold Out Door Units combination shall have following specifications. 20 HP Heating capacity (63 Kw) Cooling Capacity (56 Kw), The equipment design shall be compatible to maintain desired inside temperature of 24˚C ± 2 ˚C during winter session and 22.5 ˚C±2 ˚C during summer session. The job includes the providing and fixing of the refrigrant pipes/Drain Pipes duly insulated with nitrile rubber (25mm thick) of requsite size and the control cabling from indoor to the out door units as per the site requirement. the job includes pessure tesing of the refrigrant pipes after proper vacumization for a period of 24 hrs and charging the machines with required quantity of refrigerant as per OEMs recommendation.The job also includes providing and fitting of any other equipment for successful commissioning of VRV Machines. The outdoor units shall be provided with power scanner ,L-shaped exhaust duct with bird screen and proper earthing as recommended by OEM.

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of 6000 CFM,Floor Mounted AHU unit double skin with 6RD DX Coil Compatable R 410a refrigerant, pre-high efficiency fine filter at terminal , 150mm Static Pr. WG alongwith suitable AHU KIT compatable with out door Unit combination of 20HP. The detailed specifications and requirements as under Specifications: AIR HANDLING UNIT (AHU) The frame work comprises an assembly of extruded aluminium profiles and 3- D nylon glass filled reinforced corner joints. Panel is fabricated from inside with 0.8mm GI Sheet outside with 0.8 mm thick precoated galvanized sheet with guard film. Fan Section: Fan section is designed for housing forward curved/backward curved fan of reputed make made of either Aluminium alloy or stainless steel with cfm range >-6000 cfm. Drain pipe: Drain pipe is fabricated from 20 SWG stainless steel sheet having uniform slope from all sides for zero water retention and entire assembly is mounted on insulated bottom panel. 01) The job includes requisite cables, control and electric panels complete in all respects as per the codes/norms in this regard.

SITC of sheet metal ducts (G.I) complete with all the accessories like flanges ,gaskets for connection of the ducts, supports for hanging of ducts and shall also confirm to the SMACNA specifications including manufacturers standard accessories.

Supply of fixing of external thermal insulation (19mm thick nitrile rubber) over ducting.

SITC of multiple louver system type G.I damper for branches to be provided with suitable links, levers and quadrants for manual control of volume of air flow in supply and return duct.

SITC of powder coated extruded Al. Supply air grills/ diffusers with G.I volume control damper ( key operated).

SITC of powder coated extruded Al. return air grills/ diffusers (without VCD).

Providing and fitting of fresh air inlet multiple louver type damper with air pre filter and bird screen in the machine room.

SITC of flexible double canvas connection of fire treated material at required joints of ducting.

SITC of laminar flow with Heppa Filters double row perforated grills/difufusires/return grills dully powder coated of 1.2mm aluminium/SS openable sheets With aluminium/ SS dampers of sizes 3 mx3m of 4000 CFM .

SITC of 25mm PVC (flexible) pipe for draining of condensed water from the evaporator coil (Brackets clips etc included).

SITC of main cubical panel ( to accomodate all the machines mentioned above including the AHUs and OUT Door Units ) free standing type, dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 16 SWG MS sheet to be laid over MS angle frame internally wired. The panel shall have modular construction with incoming and outgoing MCCB’s housed in an enclosure forming the basic module.. All the internal wiring used shall be of suitable rating for individual component of the panel: - Aluminum Bus Bars, with requsiteb Amps, , TPNs mounted on insulators. The bus bars shall be provided with heat shrinkable type PVC sleeves duly color coated. The job also includes the providing and fixing of control cabling for connections of indoor and ourdoor units and connections of main pannel to the sub panels of the machines as per the size and type recommended by OEM of the machine.

Providing & Laying of RCC Foundation (1:2:4 mix) for 3No. Outdoor Units as per the recommendations

Providing fabrication,fixing of Supports For AHUs/ Out Door Units and Ducting at Machine Room. The supports be fabricated out of ISA 40x40x5mm/ 50x50x5mm./ISM 80X80X5 as per site requirement

providing and fitting of 3.5mm thick Heppa filter of 1000 cfm size 24''X24"'(Micro glass fiber paper with aluminum spacer in aluminum anodized box. Having efficiency of 99.9% ) fot the Orthopaedic and opthomology theaters

Dismantling of Old VRV Systen 16 HP ( Out door unit 01 No., Indoor Units 02 Nos and AHU , Control Pannel etc) along with the ducting located infront of the Casuality Block and shifting the same to the new Machine Room. The job includes Installing the same with all accessories in combination with the new ducting network and also toping up with rerigirant if required.
