M& L for (a) Cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus, mass, dust ,debris etc by brushing and dusting,washing down with water, sprinkle water on the surface and ensure water does not stand any where and making the roof surface levelled with 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) with water roofing compound (as per manufacturer's instructions) (b) Applying a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS-3384) @0.30 litre/sqm complete all as specified and directed (c) Applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane with non-woven polyster reinforcement (centre core) with thermal insulation of weight not less than 3.5 kg/sqm & thickness not less than 3mm, laid by torch application method with overlap 100 mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr –in Charge. (d) Finally painting the surface with bituminious aluminuium paint @ 100 gm/ Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shalll be measured and paid separetely.

NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing).

M& L for providing /cutting the round/square hole of required size in wall and finishing the same disturbed surface to match the existing finishes and including supply & fixing ventilation fan AC sinlge phase 230/240 volts of size 250 mm sweep, 900 RPM complete including grouting the ragged bolts in wall and including PVC insulated 1.5 sqmm copeer cable connecting to ceiling rose all as required or directed and writing MES no with black synthetic enamel paint 2 cm high complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of old unsv sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, double door three phase 415 volts 4 ways vertical TPN DB of comprising yhree phase four wire copper strip bus bar of appropriate capacity complete all as specified and comprising of the following (a) MCCB FOUR POLE 100 AMPS AC 415 VOLTS 25 KA=01 NO as incoming and 12 nos. MCB SP 40 Amps, C series as outgoing (Note :- (i) The DB shall be VTPN series of Schenieder Cat Part No :- A9HVD04K or equivalent in any of the make mentioned in list of product. (ii) The DB shall be flush fixed, and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing specifications shall be part of job at no extra cost. (iii) connection ofthe MCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made throughapproprite size pin/ bottle type thimble complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of existing unserviceable/ burnt submain wiring alongwith two single core cable PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor FRLS (multistrand) of size 6 sqmm drawing into and including concealed PVC rigid non metallic conduit of 20mm dia , 1.8 mm wall thickness and single core cable PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor FRLS (multistrand) of 6 sq mm as earth wire including cutting chases in brick wall, rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and making good the disturbed surfaces to match existing complete all as specified & directed. Note: (i) Two runs of 6 Sqmm single core PVC insulated copper conductor cable(FRLS) and one run of 6 sqmm copper conductor cable (FRLS) as a earth lead and one run of PVC conduit of 20mm dia , 1.8 mm wall thickness wiil be measured as a one unit. (ii) Proper colour coding is to be followed as per IS Specification. (iii) Test certificates of cables to be submitted before commencement of work/ claiming for payment. (iv) wiring shall be concealed/ on surface with rigid PVC conduit medium grade as per site requirement. (v) Electric Wiring test sheet before and after completion of wiring to be submitted before claiming payment

Supply and fix bldg security light fittings with LED security light fittings 30 watt, 5700 K, IP-66 having pressure die cast aluminium alloy housing, prismatic polycarbonate cover complete including making connection with 3 core copper flexible cable of suitable size including galvanised iron pipe medium grade bracket 1.5 metre long of 32 mm dia with clamps etc and fixing with bldg for fixing of street light fitting all as directed. Notes :- (i) Contractor shall produce LM79 & LM 80 test report from OEM owned NABL accredited laboratory. (ii) Contractor shall give guarantee/ warranty of complete fitting/ fixture for minimum 2 years from the date of completion. (iii) Contractor shall conduct the inspection of company representative at site before installation of the material at no extra cost. (iv) Contractor shall arrange complete material at site for approval of GE before incorporation in the work. (v) Driver shall be IP 66 degree of protection potted seal type with inbuilt SPD and external SPD of capacity 10 KV to be provided in addition to inbuilt.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule(BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
