Bustrunking System Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Sandwich type Rising Mains (Aluminium Bustrunking) use on 3 phase 4 wire with 100% Neutral 630 A 36kA SC for 1 sec. 415 volts, 50Hz A.C. supply with enclosure having IP-54 rating after fixing the tap off boxes and all accessories, enclosure made of min. 1.5 mm thick galvanised steel sheet treated according to UNI EN 10327 and painted with RAL7032/35 or OEM standard resins with high resistance to chemical agents complete with 4 Nos aluminium bus bars having current density of 130 A/ sq cm at nominal current rating, Class F insulation, necessary joints & expansion joints, fire barrier at each floor, provision of tapping at every metre, continuous earthing with 2 Nos aluminium strip of suitable size (one on each side) including, G.I. clamping brackets, angle iron bracket, steel fasteners, connecting to earthing system etc. as required confirming to IS 8623 and IEC 61439-6 or latest standard of same code.

Cable Gland for 3 1/2 core 185 sq mm - Double Compression with Termination includes Supplying and erecting heavy duty flange type brass cable gland for 3 1/2 core 185 sq mm armoured cable with brass washers,rubber rings complete erected with cable ends & leads connected with proper size lugs.Make Comet/Braco/Dowells.

Dismentaling & Removing of existing bustrunking having max length of 15mtr approx includes Removing of Flange End, Removing of Tapoff boxes, Removing of End Feed Unit & Removing of gland, cables 3.5/4C Cu/Al upto 120sq mm & all its accessories and supports complete as instructed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismentaling & Removing of existing bustrunking having max length of 30mtr approx includes Removing of Flange End, Removing of Tapoff boxes, Removing of End Feed Unit & Removing of gland, cables 3.5/4C Cu/Al upto 120sq mm & all its accessories and supports complete as instructed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismentaling & Removing of existing bustrunking having max length of 60mtr approx includes Removing of Flange End, Removing of Tapoff boxes, Removing of End Feed Unit & Removing of gland, cables 3.5/4C Cu/Al upto 120sq mm & all its accessories and supports complete as instructed by Engineer-in-charge.

Necessory filling as per site condition & At each floor crossing fire barrier of 2 hours rating duly tested as per UL1479 /ISO 834 shall be provided. Considering 600mmX300mmX200mm approx for each floor.
