Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified. Note : A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater for bulkage irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissiong LT under ground, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cables with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade confirming to IS, laid in trenches, ducts, passing through pipes or fixed to wall with suitable clamps/saddles etc., including cable glands, terminal socket and connecting of size 2 Core x 10 Sqmm including taking out/down old damaged/unserviceable LT UG XLPE cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB 04 Pole, 25 to 100 Amps, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, breaking capacity 16 KA, fixed TM range, including spreader links on both sides complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB 04 Pole, 200 Amps, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, breaking capacity 36 KA, adjustable thermal setting, including spreader links on both sides complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out the transformer oil sample from distribution/isolation transformers, indoor/outdoor type and testing the oil for dielectric strength/moisture content complete all as specified and directed

Online Filtration of transformer oil having the dielectric strength below 40 KV and testing of transformer oil after filtration as per IS-335-1972 and removing the moisture contents in the transformer cores/winding including checking Dielectric strength after filtration of oil with suitable equipment having filtration, heating and pumping facility to improve the dielectric strength / insulation value of transformer oil complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Dielectric strength of transformer oil after filtration/dehydration shall not be less than 50 KV.

Supply, filling and topping up fresh new EHV grade-II transformer oil duly filtered, ISI marked as per IS:335/93 with amdt. No.1 (Reaffirmed : 2005) dehydrated to give BDV value not less than 50 KV when tested with 2.5 mm gap electrode complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs current transformer coil ratio up to 800/5 Amps Class-1 insulation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs phase LED indicator lamp (R, Y, B) with toggle switches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Voltmeter, 0-500 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Ammeter, 0-400 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for repairs to earth pit chamber by cleaning and removing all foreign materials from the pits, improving the resistance of existing earth pit by pouring salt water in earth pit to achieve desired earth resistance results, connecting the broken earth leads with strips/wires etc. complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for identifying the earth pit and measuring the earth resistance by disconnecting the earth lead from equipment/panels/test point and re-connecting the same to the old position after recording results complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for replacement of earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x600mm, 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level and filling with mixture of common salt and charcoal surrounded all sides 15cm thick (minimum)and connecting electrode with to galvanized iron strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nuts, washers made of galvanized iron or steel and protected by 40mm dia galvanised light grade iron pipe connected from plate to main switch board, Panel Board, test point terminal or main control board and watering arrangement with 20 mm bore GI light grade pipe, GI funnel with wire mesh, including PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 pit, CI cover with handle and MS frame, including necessary excavation and earth work, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule part-1 all as specified including taking down old earthing & testing new earthing on completion all as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of aluminium paint to Two pole/four pole structures including GOD's, MS accessories such as cross arms, bracings, anti-climbing device, stay clamps, guards etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of grey/half white colour synthetic enamel paint to existing LT panels, control switch boxes complete all as specified and as directed.
