Taking down window type Air Conditioner of 1.0 TR/1.5 TR / 2.0 TR, cleaning completely the cooling coil initially with hand blower, spraying with soap water solution and finally clean with clear water and refixing at same location with testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling covers of out-door and in-door units of split type Air Conditioner of capacity 1.0TR/1.5TR/2.0TR, cleaning completely the condenser coil and cooling coil initially with hand blower, spraying with soap water solution and finally clean with clear water, re-fixing the covers in same position complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Carrying out pressure leak test by Nitrogen gas pressure for detecting leak in condensing unit refrigerant pipe and repairing the leak by welding or brazing of condensing unit and refrigerant pipe, putting under pressure for leak checking after repairs of leak pipe excluding gas charging and transporting & carrying out T&P required at site for Window type AC of capacity up to 2.0 TR complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out Voltage Stablizer of capacity upto 2 KVA, transporting it to workshop, dismantling transformer unit, auto transformer barrier, electric circuit board etc with all cable connections carrying out repair/replacement of push on switch, transistor, capacitor, relay transistor, diode, condensor, voltmeter, PVC connector, indicator lamp, cut out, MCB etc , testing and commisioning to make it fully functionable complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down geyser of 50/35/25 ltrs capacity from its position after disconnecting water connections, opening of geyser to take out inner tank, examining the points of leakage and soldering the points to stop leakage, scraping and brushing down old paint with emery paper, applying two coats of white paint using spray machine spray painting and writing of MES No by black paint, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down geyser of 25 ltrs to 35 ltrs capacity from its position after disconnecting of existing water connection for taking out the unserviceable inner tank by opening the geyser and Supply & fixing in repair new inner tank and refixing in position after assembling and testing, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down geyser of 50 ltrs capacity from its position after disconnecting of existing water connection for taking out the unserviceable inner tank by opening the geyser and Supply & fixing in repair new inner tank and refixing in position after assembling and testing, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
