Demolition of Cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above the ground level) cement concrete unreinforced complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete above ground floors as in sunken floors of toilets etc exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 mix type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection and paving finishing concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerbs, copings, padding cement concrete to bring the slops towards spouts in sunken floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proof plastering 15 mm thick to bottom and sides of sunken floors in Cement Mortar 1:3, surface finished even and smooth using extra cement.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified.

M&L for applying Nitoproof 600 Pa, minimum 0.8 mm dft over a priming coat of equivalent product on horizontal and vertical surfaces all as per manufactures instruction as in sunken slab surfaces. (NOTE:- Fill it with water and check for dampness and seepage.In case the slightest indication of seepage/leakage is noticed, the same shall be rectified by injection grouting to seal all cracks or application of polymer modified mortar FOSRO Nitrobond SBR of euivalent product admixed the integral WPC or cementitious crystaline waterproofing compound in the affected area to seal all cracks and micro cracks if any and additional qty of Nitoproof 600 Pa is required,the same shall be done by contractor at his own cost and his quoted rates are deemed to include this element.)

S&F 40mm bore HDPE pipe as in spout pipes in sunken floors.

M&L PCC 1:5:10 lean concrete (Type D-2) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling of sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismatling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7mm thick of size 300mX300mm in floor set and jointed in cement clurry and pointed with coloured cement to match with coloured tiles over and including cement screed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick in 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
