REPAIR OF 02 NOS VCB AND BUSBAR OF 33 KV SUB STN GWL ROAD AND LT PANELS AT COD AT AGRA MIL STATION UNDER GE EAST AGRA

(a) Repair/servicing of HT panel of make Crompton Greaves having vaccum circuit breaker 11KV rating of capacity 250 MVA and current rating upto 800A and Busbar by replacing defective/wornout part, adjustment of gaps for smooth operation all as per details below :- 02 each (i) Cleaning of VCB with air blower and removing dust particals. (ii) Cleaning of insulating places of VCB by using recommended cleaner of Stanvac/Bharat Bijlee as required and recommended. (iii) Checking the acring contact gap of vaccum intrupter if gap exceeds the permissible limits, readjust as recommended. (iv) Cleaning the main contacts to remove carbon or any other unwanted particle, if visible. (v) Dismantling and cleaning the insulated surfaces and arc barrier with recommended cleaner of Stanvan/Bharat Bijlee. (vi) Checking/repair replacement of all electrical wiring for electrical/manual operation of panel including measuring IR values. (vii) Checking of all nuts/bolts, springs, levers, latches, connectors etc and adjustments as required and recommended. (viii) Recording of IR values of CTs and PTs. (ix) Cleaning of bus bar spout. (x) Checking of all moving parts for proper functioning of VCB and adjustment as per manufacturer recommendations. (b) Supply only HT sleeves for Busbar of VCB size 50x10sqmm all as specified and directed - 15 RM (c) Supply only Busbar support insulator all as specified and directed - 12 each (d) Supply only spout insulator all as specified and directed - 12 each (e) Supply only space heater 80 watt all as specified and directed - 12 each (f) Supply only spout fibre sheet all as specified and directed - 03 each (g) S&F in replacement ACB having current rating 800 Amps with rupturing capacity 50 KA, AC 415V, 4 pole with neutral overload protection OFF 50%-100% in built temp protection and ratational terminal of horizontal/vertical orientation complete with spreader links all as specified and directed including dismantling the existing u/s MCCBs with all connections and all as required at site or directed by Engr-in-charge. Make Legrand Cat Pt No 6695 31 or equivalent of L&T/C&S/ABB/Siemens - 02 Nos (h) S&F in replacement MCCB having current rating 400 Amps with rupturing capacity 50 KA, AC 415V, 4 pole with thermal magnetic release complete with spreader links all as specified and directed including dismantling the existing u/s MCCBs with all connections and all as required at site or directed by Engr-in-charge. Make Legrand Cat Pt No 4220 21 DPX 630 or equivalent of L&T/C&S/ABB/Siemens - 03 Nos Note : Old retrieved unsv spares will be property of bidder and credit will be adjusted in the quoted rate.
