PART-A Construction of tube well.

Drilling/ boring of 125 mm dia. machine drilled bore well in all kinds of strata’s encountered at proposed site. The job includes Providing, lowering, jointing by welding of 125 mm dia. MS Pipe of reputed make like Jindal/Prakash Surya or equivalent make. Thickness of pipe with minimum thickness 4.8 mm. The job shall be inclusive of all logistic supports in terms of men, machinery and stores, casing, shoe welding arrangements at site.

Installation, testing, commissioning of 1.5 HP submersible type pump motor assembly complete with motor control panel and fittings like bushbend, holding clamps etc.

Providing and lowering of 25 mm GI column pipe with sockets,nipples, ball valves , clamps , sockets, elbows etc

Providing and fitting of 2.5 sq.mm submersible cable of reputed make.

PART-B (Providing PVC storage tank and construction of platform for support)

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polythene water storage tank triple layer ISI:12701 marked indicating the BIS license No. with cover suitable locking arrangement and necessary holes for inlets, outlets & overflow pipes but without fitting & the base support to tank (syntax, star, comfort or equivalent valid ISI license.

Providing / laying of 25 mm dia GI pipe including all fittings and fixtures like bends, elbows, sockets, nipples, and gate valve etc. including earthwork in cutting and filling at spots.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, cables etc.(not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth up to 1.50 mtr incl. disposed earth is to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Providing & laying stone soling (hand packed) incl. ramming, watering, and all sorts of carriages complete.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excl. the cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 {1cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size (crushed).

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade 1:2:4 mix excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, reinforcement but including cost of watering.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, incl. cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer incl. cost of all sorts of carriages complete.

P/F of CGI sheet in roof 0.50mm thick fixed with nails, J or L hook, washers etc including carriage and head load.

P/F of PGI sheet in ridges.

Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping, etc. & removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass conc. and walls(any thickness) incl. attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.
