Repair/Renovation of Planium to arrest leakages at Burn Ward at SKIMS by way of water proofing.

Inspection of plenum slab and walls of the plenum passing over burn ward of SKIMS, identification of defects/cause of leakage and making of required repairs including application of water proofing to make the surface of slab and walls 100%waterproof.waterproofing application must include cleaning of surface, filling of cracks, if any. Surface finishing, application of at least two coats of primer, application of minimum 5 coats of waterproofing compound, drying and testing the water proofed sections including cost of material, labour etc.complete job with a warranty against any sort of leakages for a minimum of 8 years from the date of completion of work. (Recommended materials for water proofing works: Pidlite/Dr Fixit/Polyurea based hybrid elastomeric water proofing compound/Asian/Nerolac or equivalent quality conforming to relevant standards). Note: The item/s work not included in above description but found to be necessary for effective and guaranteed water proofing of the area shall be deemed to be included in the scope of work with the quoted/allotted cost of work.
