Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly laying 150mm thick of 3 M X 6 M of size of bays alternatively. The rate including laying, compacting, finishing and includes the charges for steel centering curing, etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. for foundation and basement

Supplying and fixing of Bitumen tar pad 15 mm thick approved quality and brand to the expansion concrete joints including cost of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)
