Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50grams/liter

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: Old work(one or more coats [email protected]/10sqm)complete

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup locktype) on the exterior side, upto seven storey height made with 40mm dia M.S.tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup andlock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S.stair case system in the scaffoldings for working plat form etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall best iffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features forthe workmenetc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made on ceir respective of duration of scaffolding. NOTE:-To be used for maintenance work judicially necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to bed one

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 coarse sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Carriage of sand/stone aggregate below 40mm from source (to be identified by Engineer in charge) to site of work including loading , unloading & stacking for an av. Distance 20 km by MT.
