Surface excavation not exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15 deep and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hardcore of broken stone of guage exc 63mm but not exc 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radis built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) 25mm thick for Sub base flooring complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc including notching, drilling, fittings, riveting and / or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing fittings angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E -250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Supplied and fixed pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoidal steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with hot dip galvanised self dirilling and self tapping screws neoprene and EPDM washers as per manufacturer's instructions and height of buildings upto 12mtr with out stair case complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring, steps of stair(treads), set with neat grey cement slurry laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in cement and sand mortar 1:6 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick as in skirting/dado, riser of steps, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set in neat grey cement slurry and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on Brick masonary wall surfaces in CM 1:4 finised even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed block, kneels, apex stones etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F electric operated fuel free solid waste incinerator with pollution control device capacity 250 Kg/hour in volumetric including control panel of suitable capcity 440 Volts 3 Phase AC connected load 4 HP including all electric and plumbing fittings. The chamber are lined with IS8 End Arch fire bricks insulated with fire clay insulation bricks of 100mm thickness. The equipment is lined and formed of two chambers, outer phase glass wool/mineral wool insulation Rest all as specified in PS clause as directed by GE. Note :- (i) The rates quoted by the contractor shall include all necessary equipments such as pollution control device, electric panel, blower motors, pump etc. (ii) The payment will made after sucessful installations, commisioning & testing to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge/GE.
