(Note :- The finish of the surfaces to be matched with the existing surface. WPC shall be measured & paid separately as supply only).

S & F TMT steel bars to 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally hooking ends and binding with MS wire of dia not less 0.9 mm complete all as specified

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, double layered(ISI marked) of 1000 ltrs capacity(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, including provision of necessary fittings for connection the overflow, drain out, inlet and outlet pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, double layered(ISI marked) of 500 ltrs capacity(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, including provision of necessary fittings for connection the overflow, drain out, inlet and outlet pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in Plain, Aluminium sheeting,0.71 mm thickness Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (as in crumple joints) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick coba/cement concrete (unreinforced) from existing roof/terrace etc and also removing/taking down of existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position including cleaning the surfaces of roof etc with wire brush complete and removing the retrieved debris in low lying area, all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course over RCC roof surface to achieve required slope including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Demolition of lime concrete or lean concrete from sunken floor including floor tiles, hacking of surfaces after cleaning with wire brush (floor and adjoining walls) and disposing off debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Treatment of sunken floor slab comprises of the following specifications and all as specified.:- (i) M&L for cleaning the sunken/ lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height ) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely . 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope includiing cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (Cost cutting holes and pipes shall be measured and paid separately (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/ seepage is noticed , nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out (WPC shall be measured and paid separately ) (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty (iv) After drying putty , wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufactures instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100mm height . The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm . When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (This item shall be measured and paid separately) (vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout ( WPC Shall be measured & paid separately) Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test ) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE . Test shall be done in presence pf reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing in include in the rates quoted above. (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (Black Japan shall be paid separately)

M&L for coloured Non-sked ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square /rectangular) approved size, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in near cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match, over and including 20mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM 1:6 etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured 300x200x7mm thick glazed ceramic tiles on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in near cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match, over and including 10mm thick cement mortar backing coat in CM 1:4 etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in bricks or RCC walls exce half brick built in cement mortar including making good after inserting and setting spouts all as specified.

GI pipe 50mm dia medium grade laid on sunken floor complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supply only applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufactures instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100mm height . The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

M & L for 4 mm thick APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160gm/Sqcm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm. (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. (ix) Cold flexibility - Minimum (-) 20C. (x) Dimensional stability % change = Maximum 1%.

Hydraulically machine pressed cement concrete tiles of size 300x300X20mm thick (with grey cement and no pigment), set in neat cement slurry laid over terrace and roofs etc including provision of 15mm thick cement screed bedding layer in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound, tiles joints shall be grouted and immediately after grouting, the joints shall be pointed flush in CM 1:3 (in separate process) mixed with integral water proofing compound etc, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as supply only).

M&L for applying one coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm over APP roof membrane, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation, commissioning and testing of transformer copper wound step down 315 KVA outdoor type 11/0.433 KV at no load 3 ph, 4 wire 50 HZ AC with oil immersed naturally cooled, delta connected on HV side and star connected in LV side in accordance with vector symbol DY-II with neutral brought out on secondary side and having tapping in step of ± 2 ½ %, ± 5% and ± 7 ½ % to be changed by mean of hand operated OFF load tap changing gear including first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335, and including all fittings/accessories as specified in SSR Part I and IS-1180 with EEL2 (Energy efficiency level) , the transformer should have cable box on LT side and brass bushings on HT side, oil temperature gauge, dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent, oil conservator tank, explosion vent, rating and terminal marking plate, oil level gauge, oil drain and filter valve, providing independent earthings and neutral fittings, lugs and two earthing terminal etc,complete in all respect and all other standard accessories all as specified comprising with the following:- (i) 01 No cable box on LT side consisting of 03 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing brass rod and nuts washers etc. (ii) HV bushing with arching horn on 11 KV side.
