Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level.

Stone masonry in cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick on brickwork in substructure as per technical specification cluses 613.4 & 1204

5.22.1 Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 13.2.1 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners

Providing & laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and technical specification

PLANTATION: Fabricating , supply & fixing of MS Circular tree guard of 75 cm dia and 120 cm , height (above GL), MS tree guard made with 3 No 25 x 25 x 5 mm MS angle iron 150 cm long fixed vertically and 3 Nos 20 x 5 mm MS flat fixed circumferentially around MS angle, with support of MS angle and flat 13 gauge MS wire mesh welded in square grid pattern with an opening of 2'' x 2'

Plantation of trees and their maintenance for one year (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering, fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for one year.

Filling with available fly ash and earth (excluding rock) in trenches or embankment in layers (each layer should not exceed 15 cm), with intermediate layer of compacted earth (Soil density of 98%) after every four layers of compacted depth of fly ash, sides & top layer of filling shall be done with earth having total minimum compacted thickness 30 cm or as decided by Engineer -in-charge, including compacting each layer by rolling/ ramming and watering, all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer -in - charge.
