Rewinding of motor of submersible pump set including all necessary material and of the same characteristics as original with required size of super enamelled wire ‘E’ class insulation material and testing etc. As required and complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge 1.5 HP to 3.0HP. The job also includes warranty of winding upto maturity of SD of work or 6 months whichever is earlier including lowering & delowering operation at bore, transportation upto shop required if rewinding of motor attended again within warranty period.

Repair of pump of submersible pump set including changing of required parts like impellor, bush, sleeve, shaft etc. & any other material required for this purpose and testing etc. and complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge 1.5HP to 3.0 HP. The job also includes warranty of pump upto 6 months from date or repair or maturity of SD of work (whichever is earlier) of work including lowering & delowering operatin at bore, transportation upto shop required if repairing of pump attended again within waranty period.

Repair of panel board for submersible pump installed at various JPD premises under Jhalawar Circle, including changing/repairng of capacitor/ voltmeter/ ameter/ relay/indicating lamps for start and run position/any part to make panel board in working condition complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge. 1.5HP to 3.0HP. The job also includes warranty of panel board upto 6 months from date or repair or maturity of SD of work (whichever is earlier), including frieght charges of parts with mechanic upto shop required if repairing of panel board attended again within waranty period).

Labour charge for only delowering of submersible motor pump set, pipes, cables, accessories etc. from tube well/open well installed at various JPD premises under Jhalawar Circle & transporting the submersible motor to reparing shop/store if unserviceable. The job also includes charges of all T&P, machine & any other material required for this purpose and complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge for all lead & lift.

Labour charge for only lowering of repaired submersible motor pump set, pipes, cables, accessories etc. & transporting repaired submersible motor pump set from repairing shop to tube well / open well installed at various JPD premises under Jhalawar Circle. The job also includes charges of all T&P, machine & any other material required for this purpose and complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge for all lead & lift.

Changing of internal connection cable/mechanical seal/thrust bearing plate etc of submersible complete in all respect as per direction engineer incharge. 1.5HP to 3.0HP. The job also includes warranty of changed part upto maturity of SD of work.

P&F steel nipple with nut & bolts for jointing/extending 40mm dia HDPE pipe including all T &P, labour etc as per direction engineer in charge with all lead & lift.

Flushing of existing tube Well upto 300 mtr. deep installed in JPD premises under Jhalawar Circle as per IS specification using Suaitable Compressor including all T&P, required for this Purpose. The work would be Complete after obtained Sand free Water Complete in all respect as per direction engineer incharge.

Removing stuck submersible motor pump set at any depth from existing borewell by using temporary tripod pulley and tractor/labour or by any other means. The job also includes charges of all T&P, machine, labour charges & other materials required for this purpose and complete in all respect as per direction of engineer incharge for all lead & lift.
