Arrangement of safety equipments for the protection of staff to execute the work on height at tin shed and at the platform of bar screen and deep raw water channel Equipments like safety belts, ladder, safety shoes, helmet etc.

Dismantling of platform, tin shed and dismantling/removing of bar screen by removing of all worn out chequered sheets one by one from the platform, tin plates from the tin shed and removing of bar screen from the channel after cutting of all joints of MS support, rusted nut bolts, clamps taking at the ground with the help of hydra crane, manual labour and other handling equipment as per site requirement.

Providing / Fixing of MS support at upper side of tin shed for strengthening of roof. Welding of MS pipe of 50mm dia and length as per requirement of existing support pipe with supporting plate with the help of welding set, gas cutter set , grinding machine & other tools & tackles as per site requirement.

Providing and Fixing of profile sheet of tin shed by using of MS “U” clamp and nut bolts washer with the help of manual labour and other handling equipment The cost includes of nut bolts washer and “U” clamps and other hardware items as per site requirement.

Providing / Fixing of MS I-section beam of size 150x100x6mm on the platform at lower side of chequered sheet for supporting and strengthening of platform of bar screen. The job includes welding, grinding, cutting and finishing of edges etc.

Fixing of existing MS chequered sheets at the platform. Making proper size by cutting with gas cutter and fixing at equal level by welding of all joints with supporting I-section beam The job includes welding, grinding, cutting of edges etc.

Fabrication and fixing of bar screen of size 12 feet height and 22 feet width fabricated of outer frame by MS channel of size 125x65x6mm and inner portion fabricated by MS pipe of size 75mm outer dia duly welded one by one at 100mm gap in each pipe with proper support for strengthening and fixing in raw water channel by making of clamping system and other required support and fasteners on upper side and bottom in the deep channel with Providing welding of MS Plate of various sizes as per job requirement.

Supply of LED light of 40 wat for lighting arrangement in tin shed. Make- Bajaj/Havels/Philips.

Supply of cable of 10mm x 3 core armoured aluminium. Make- Grandaly / Gloster.

Providing / Fixing of electric MCB box having MCB of 63 amp. The same to be fixed by MS clamp and nut bolts washer and protected with MS cover. The job includes fixing of LED light and cable with suitable arrangement as per site requirement.

Cost of M.S. pipe of size 40mm dia, length 30mtr. For railing 1 meter height including 10 % wastage at raw water channel.

Cost of fasteners with nuts and washer made from EN-8 material of size of 12x100mm long for proper grouting.

Providing and fixing of M.S plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 8mm approx. dully holed by 14mm dia drill with proper finishing and fixing by using of fasteners after drilling in the ground by hammer drill.

Fabrication / Fixing of railing making proper size about 10 mtr. length with I mtr vertical support at 1 mtr distance. Welding of vertical support pipe on the fixed base plate at ground on proper way by using material M.S. pipe and other required material as per site requirement with the help of pipe cutter for cutting of pipe and other material, welding machine for welding of all joints of railing and other tools & tackles. Also includes the charges of manual labour.

Repairing / Strengthening of existing railing by dismantling of worn out pipe and fixing / welding of new the same on proper way. Completely Welding of all joints in all respect and cutting of old vertical support and welding of new the same as required with the help of welding machine gas cutter and other tools & tackles. Also includes the charges of manual labour.

Painting and primer charges of complete executed work with one coat of primer & minimum two coat of enamel paint of required shade & colour.

Transport charges of tools & tackles gas cutter, welding machine and other items as per requirement of site to & fro.
