KHD 06-03 Construction of sluice on Alipada to Deipur link channel

Excavation of any approved type of soil in borrow area, loading into transport vehicle manually and transportation of earth by mechanical means and unloading the same over the approved surface of embankment in proper profiles with all leads, lifts, delifts etc. including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm size including removal of roots, bushes, other deleterious materials from transported earth with all cost, carriage, royalty, E.M.F & D.M.F.labour welfare cess & laying in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm in depth including OMC Compaction with hire & running charges of all machineries with all labour & T&P, taxes required for the work etc complete in all respects as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Measurement to be taken on Level Sections only and earth to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and responsibility)

Excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil with all leads, lifts delifts including dressing and levelling the bed to design section and depositing excagvated materials away from working area in spoil banks with all leads, lifts and delifts including dewatering, shoring shuttering and propping of bullah piles and construction of coffer dam if required, bailing out water with all cost, conveyance, labour and cess and all other taxes cess etc. complete including labour welfarecess as per the approved drawing desing specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 22.50cm in thickness, well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty, E.M.F, D.M.F & additional charges and all other taxes of all materials with all leads,lifts and delifts, cost of all labour , T&P, taxes, labour welfare cess etc complete in all respects and as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, Collecting,supplying good quality moorum and sand & admixture from approved quarry at work site and mixing the muroom & sand in required proportion (60:40) to form the admixture and spreading the admixture over the prepared surface for sub-base not exceeding 10mm in layers to required thickness including watering and compacting to required density with P.R.R. including cost, conveyance,royalty,DMF, EMF, additional charges and all other taxes of all materials and cost of labour , T&P, taxes required for the work including hire & running charges of machineries and labour welfare cess etc.complete in all respects,with all leads , lifts and delifts as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Collecting,supplying and stacking good quality moorum from approved quarry at work site or at approved stack yard for premeasurement in regular box heaps of 1.50m x 1.50 m x 0.50 m to be measured as one cum and conveying from premeasured stacks and spreading the moorum over the prepared surface for sub-base not exceeding 10mm in layers to required thickness including watering and compacting to required density with P.R.R. including cost, conveyance,royalty and all other taxes of all materials and cost of labour , T&P, taxes required for the work including hire & running charges of machineries and labour welfare cess E.M.F, D.M.F & additional charges etc.complete in all respects,with all leads , lifts and delifts as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Cement Concrete in (1:3:6) proportion using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 40 mm size of good quality collected from approved quarry free from weathered skin and all deleterious materials using screened and washed coarse sand, mixing by mechanical mixer, placing in proper position, compacting by mechanical vibrator including cost, conveyance, royalty, E.M.F, D.M.F & addtional charges of all materials with all leads,lifts and delifts, centering and shuttering, curing, hire and running charges of all machineries, with cost of all labour,T&P, taxes, fixing of embedments if any and labour welfare cess etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete M 15 A 40 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 40 mm and down graded size of good quality collected from approved quarry free from weathered skin and all deleterious materials using screened and washed coarse sand, mixing by mechanical mixer, placing in proper position, compacting by mechanical vibrator including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials with all leads,lifts and delifts, centering and shuttering, curing, hire and running charges of all machineries, with cost of all labour,T&P, E.M.F, D.M.F & additional charges embedments if any and labour welfare cess etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete M-15 A-20 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 20 mm and down graded size of good quality collected from approved quarry free from weathered skin and all deleterious materials using screened and washed coarse sand, mixing by mechanical mixer, placing in proper position, compacting by mechanical vibrator including cost, conveyance, royalty, E.M.F, D.M.F & additional charges of all materials with all leads,lifts and delifts, centering and shuttering, curing, hire and running charges of all machineries, with cost of all labour,T&P, taxes, fixing of embedments if any and labour welfare cess etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work for concrete with F1 finish for all permanently exposed surfaces not prominently exposed to public view with steel shutters or plywood shutters including supply of rigid tie and supports with all labour material , cess and T&P, taxes complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Abrupt surface irregularities over 5 mm & gradual over 10 mm measured with 1.50 mtr template is not permitted)

Supplying and laying in position of RCC Non-Pressure NP -3 of 1200 mm dia.spun pipes and filling the joints with cement mortar (1:3) with Reinforced Cement Concrete collar joint using Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm and downgraded hard granite crusher broken coarse aggregates including cost, conveyance, royalty and all materials, hire and running charges of all machineries, labour welfare cess and curing with all labour, T & P etc. complete in all respects and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth in layers not exceeding 22.50cm in thickness, well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance and all other taxes of all materials with all leads,lifts and delifts, cost of all labour, T&P, taxes, labour welfare cess etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting & supplying & Stacking hard granite stone of size not less than 0.0025 cum stacked from approved quarry of approved quality with free from weathered skin and any other deleterious materials quarried and transported to work site, and stacking at worksite in regular stacks for premeasurement, conveying from stacks andpacking stones at work sites including filling interstics with small stones and wedge & hammering, surface packing including cost of quarrying, conveyance, royalty, E.M.F, D.M.F & additional charges and all other taxes of all materials including hire & running charges of machineries and labour welfare cess with all labour,T&P required for the work with all leads, lifts and delifts etc. complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
