M & L for Roughening / taking down existing roof treatment surfaces including plaster over old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm for bonding of old concrete surface to new concrete/plaster surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cutting out cracks to 6 mm wide 'V' section in existing roofs or terrace (if cracks > 2.5 mm wide), cleaning out, wetting, grouting with and including chemical compound SUPER LATEX of DR. FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or SBR LATEX of STP LTD,, water and cement Sand slurry in the proportion of (1:3) by weight mix or as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with integral waterproofing chemical PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILTE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No. 1 (LIQUID) of STP LTD @ 200 millilitre per 50 Kg per cement, as in padding on roof surface for correcting / making proper slope on roof, and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No 1 (liquid) of STP Ltd @ 200 mililitre per 50 Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions over concrete surface and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Make:- SUPER LATEX , DR. FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD, PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD

M&L Water proofing treatment incl "Non approachable / non accessible roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through authorized applicator of the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. (i) Cleaning of new rendered surface properly and drying the surfaces. (ii) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.30 Kg/ Sqm. (iii) Laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane with 100 mm over laps sealed and bounded to the surfaces by 'torchon' method. (iv) Applying 2 coats of aluminium paint on membrane.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provider for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbests cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strenght of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
