Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Nominal Mix) (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in columns, pillars, piers, posts, struts and the like complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Nominal Mix) (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls, beams, columns in floors, roofs, landings, cantilevers, bressummers, lintel over 1.5m span and the like complete all as specified & as directed. M&L for Damp proof course to horizontal or vertical surfaces, 40mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate, using integral liquid water proofing compound, including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for 5cm thick sand stone slab in sunshades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates etc not exc 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on the other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for false ceiling with 6mm thick non asbestos designer fibre cement board conforming to IS-14862 (Type B, Category 3), fixed with and including grid made out of galvanized iron powder coated inverted ‘Tee’ or ‘L’ section concealed powder coated GI frame work suspended from ceiling with provision of galvanized iron wire 4 mm dia and wall taping screw including butterfly clips, hold down clips for fixing the board to frame complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, all as specified and as directed. M&L for 10mm thick plaster (screed bed) over roof slab in CM 1:4, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for applying evenly a priming coat cold bitumen @ 0.40 litre/sqm and provide a layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface complete all as described in Para 11.44.5 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps.

M&L for Lime concrete terracing in roof with minimum thickness at edge 40mm and increasing uniformly towards ridges to obtain a chain slope of (1:40) as described in Para 11.27.2 of MES Schedule Part-I complete all as specified & as directed. Note : For lime concrete mudia kankar (Source : NAL) and Kolayat coarse sand in lieu of brick aggregate and surkhi respectively as specified in MES schedule Part-I shall be used.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut slab of approved shade (table rubbed and polished) with true & uniform joints as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms & like and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM 1:4 with cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified & as directed. Note : The exposed edges of granite stone slab shall be made full round & polished to mirror finish and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for Non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Double Charged Vitrified ceramic tiles 9-10mm thick (square /rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade & pattern as approved by GE), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 7mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e 450mm x 300mm or as directed), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 4 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for providing and fixing decorative 10mm thick plaster of paris false ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) with level difference 15 to 20 cm over metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh including removing existing plaster of paris false ceiling complete all as directed.

Material and labour for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 25mm bore with & including all fittings as bends, elbows, tee, union, short pieces, connectors, check nuts, caps, plugs etc, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 1000 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note : (i) The water storage tanks shall be 2 layers, HDPE tanks moulded to seem-less perfection of rotational process.
