Procurement OF Solar Street Light light and assembly for GP T B Halli -TP Maddurfor

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the ‘Schedule of Requirements’ up to at least xxxx % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after xxxxx and be in satisfactory operation for xxxxx months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The suppliers/agencies whose tenders are approved shall place the work order within 15 days of receipt of the acceptance letter, failing which the tender will be cancelled with forfeiture of the EMD amount as per KG-01 rules and no further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

In case the price quoted by the supplier/agency is less than the tendered amount, a security deposit of 2.5% of the difference amount and the amount approved before awarding the tender as per the rules, if desired by the Gram Panchayat Governing Body, should be given in the form of DD.

The successful bidders will be required to provide a bank guarantee of Rs. 50,000.

If the tenderer fails to supply the materials during the tender period, the EMD and bank guarantee amount will be forfeited

The tenderer should upload all the documents attested by a Notary/Notary Public.

The bidders must submit all the above documents in person to Muddam Gram Panchayat.
