Supply and erection of 5m long, GI, octagonal lamp post with one meter length single arm. The price offered shall be inclusive of the cost of pole(5Mtr), bracket/top cover, arm, foundation bolt and base plate. The octagonal poles shall be designed to withstand the maximum wind speed asper IS 875. The bracket shall be suitable for the fixing the canopy of water tight lamp fitting directly. The poles shall be manufactured from special HT steel confirming to grade S355JO having 3 mm thick. The pole shall be of continuously tapered with single longitudinal welding. The pole shall have a minimum dia of 130mm at bottom and 70 mm at top. The welding shall be done by submerged Arc welding process. The pole shall be provided with a base plate of size200mm X 200mm X 12mm of Fe 410grade steel confirming to IS 226/IS2062 with provision for fixing foundation bolts. CEE/CN/MS/16-2004, including supply and spreading of salt and charcoal 5 kgs in each for earth treatment etc , including supply / leading / laying /burying and concealing of 4 SWG GI wire from earth electrode to proposed MDB / SDB or elsewhere in an approved manner as directed by Section Engineer in charge at site.
