Filling Basement inner with Excavated earth other than sand including labour charges for filling, levelling, compacting, ramming, complying the standard specifications etc., complete

Supplying and filling with filling sand in layers not more than 15 cm thick including labour charges for Filling, Levelling, watering, well rammed and compacted etc., complete For Flooring Filling material

Brick work with cement mortar 1:5 mix using Country bricks for Foundation, Basement and Superstructure inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for curing and other incidental charges etc ,complete

Supplying and erection Centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab, Lintel, Beam, Column, Sunshade including cost and coveyance of all materials to site and all other incidental charges etc complete.,

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all maerials to site and all labour charges for mixing concrete, placing, ramming, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, consolidation and Curing etc., complete as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying and fabrication of Steel Fe 415/500 grade required for all RCC item of works involved including fabrication and labour charges for Cutting, bending, tying, placing in position, includes overlaping length wherever required etc., complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with same mortar mixed with water proofing compoud etc., complete.

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:3 mix, 10mm thick Smooth finish for Brick, RR masonry surface and other Concrete surfaces inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all other labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete.
