Certified performance in a 4-connector configuration upto 100 Mtrs channel requirements & transmission frequencies ranging from 250 to 500 Mhz. in existing MS/PVC Conduits/casing capping including making connections to Information outlets and Patch Panels with jack & ferruling at both ends for identification with necessary tools for punching, stripping, crimping and testing etc as required complete in all respect.

Supply , Installation and Testing of 4 pair, 100 Ohm impedance, Cat 6/6A /Class E/Ea patch cords should be constructed of minimum 23/24 AWG, stranded bare Copper cable with LSZH Jacket, with an enhanced performance by factory moulded RJ45 connectors with strain relief boots as per ANSI/TIA/EIA 568-C.2 suitable for Cat 6/6A application complying to latest ammendments Category 6/6A Standards, According. to TIA568C.2, ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173, IEC 60603-7-51, EN 60603-7, IEEE 802.3an minimum requirement for 1G BASE-T to 10G BASE-T performance. Patch cords shall be straight thru cable compatible with both T568-A and T568-B wiring schemes, should support IEEE 802.3af / IEEE 802.3at for POE applications, Minimum 750 to 1000 mating cycles in plug contacts for long durability, Should support Ethernet 10GBASE-T, 1.2 Gb/s ATM, Token ring 4/16, Digital video and broadband/baseband analog video, Voice over internet protocal (VOIP).

Supply, Drawing and OLTS Testing, of OM2 Multi mode (50/125 µm) glass optic fiber cable, as per latest ammendments of TIA/EIA 568/ISO/IEC 11801:2011/ IEC 60794-1-2 E1, E3,E11, F1/ EN 50173-1/ EN 187 000/ IEC 60974-2, 2-20, 2-21/ ITU G.651 with outer sheath, cable should be used for LAN and WAN back bones, for indoor/outdoor installations these sheathed cable be placed in existing MS/PVC /HDPE Conduits/ slotted channels with ferruling at both ends for identification complete in all respect.

Supply, Installation, & Testing of Indoor duplex OM2 Multimode patch cord (50/125 µm made of glass fiber optic with LSZH jacket, 2.0x4.1 mm, Multimode ITU G 651 Mounted on both sides with SC/LC/SN/CS type Duplex connectors in acc. with IEC 61754-20. Zirconia (ceramic) ferrule with a PC polished endface geometry, connectors should be tuned in accordance with IEC 61755-3-1 and qualified in acc. with IEC 61753-1 for category U (uncontrolled environment, duplex clip and white plastic dust cover, should comply to delta IL < 0.2 dB after 500 mating cycles, there should be an optional Visual coding, mechanical coding and lock protection on the patch cords which can be added on later stage. patch cords's performance should be acc. to IEC 61753-1 (Table A.12) as per latest ammendments of TIA/EIA 569B.3, as per requirements.

Supply, Installation, & Testing of 19" 1U Rack Mounted/ surface mounted aluminum/ CRCA powder coated, OM2 multimode glass Fiber Optic Cable Patch panel/LIU loaded with flangeless/screwable adapters for SC/LC/SN/CS type, It should have easy removable Top plate with push buttons, there should be a splice tray installed in the Patch panel/LIU which can handle the fiber cores, splice tray should be PC+ABS material, it should include accessories like mounting hardware, gormetts, heat shrink tubes/sleeves, screws, nuts to install the panel for rackmount applications as per requirement. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.
