Schedule 'A' -Part I (B/R Works)

M&L for gunniting exposed concrete surfaces with one layer of compast spray set modified concrete 20mm average thickness in proportion (50Kg cement 3 to 6mm granite chips 100 kg, zonal sand 50 kg and complast 3 to 2.5% by weight of cement & 12.5 to 16.5 ltr of water mixed with admixture including bonding agent after applying rust remover of approved make or equivalent approved chemical to old rusted reinforcement after necessary preparation of surfaces by brush application and gunniting with pressure nozzle with a delivery capacity of 2.5 Kg/sqm and removing the debris not exceeding 250 m and depositing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge to following locations:-

(a) 40 mm thick in columns

(b) 30 mm thick in beams

(c) 20 mm thick in slabs

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia not exceeding 4 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for bonding the entire exposed surface with one coat of SBR of approved make as per manufacturer instructions over wire fabric and surfaces of concrete structure complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling/Taking out existing hessain base felt of any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and leveled complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound over roof top surface finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

M&L for preparation of surface with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the mother slab. Filling the cracks and damaged portion with polymer mortar and allow it to cure for 24 hrs. Brush apply the 1st Priming coat of approved make on prepared concrete/plastered surface by diluting 2 parts of Prime seal with 1 (one) part of water and allow to dry for 04 (four) hours. Apply the first coat of waterproofing coating of approved make without any dilution at the rate of 2 Sqm per liter over the primed surface. On the wet surface of 1st coat overlay a open-woven fibre glass mesh, min 40 GSM of size 2mm x 2mm and allow it to soak completely. Immediately apply the second coat with a roller, to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh. Apply the third coat after 6 to 8 hrs once the second coat is dry. Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hours all as directed and as per manufacturers instructions.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceilings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on block masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4. finished to even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm in cement mortar 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Integral water proofing liquid will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth without using extra cement separately complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Integral water proofing liquid will be measured and paid separately.

Taking down carefully ceiling fans of size 1200/1400 mm sweep at any height of any sweep/make/model after disconnecting electric connection and dismantling and opening the body of ceiling fan and examine for repairs including servicing, overhauling, greasing etc and cleaning the complete body both internal & external parts with cleaning agent and renewal of minor spare parts such as split pins, cater pins, coupling boll, capacitor holder, terminal adaptor, screws, nuts, spring washers for blade/body etc and replacement of accessories such as ball bearings, gun metal bushes, capacitor, canopy top & bottom, shackle clip assembly and assembling of all parts and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint by using electric spray machine similar to match with existing colour including hanging and fixing back in existing location and connecting of electrical connections and testing for its satisfactory performance after renovation of bldg complete all as specified and as directed Note : After taking down fan will be in contractor custody to keep in safe condition
