Demolition of Brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removing the rubbish out side the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level including removing the rubbish out side the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete Type B-2, 1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, cills, steps, seismic, and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs for water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dewatering/desilting including waste material like polybag, dry leaves, pabbles etc of existing drain of any description, upto the depth of 1.50 mtr, making the drain clean upto bottom level and fully functinal, removing the sluge and waste material outside the defence land all as per existing rule and regulations of civil authorities including removing and re-fixing of existing RCC drain cover of cleaning the drain carefully without damaging the drain cover and coping of drain with using machanical device like super sucker machine, high pressure jetting/gantry machine/crane etc complete with entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note : - The rate quoted by the tenderer shall including hiring of machinical device/truck etc to execute the work as work as per site requirment and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc on walls and ceiling including removing the rubbish out side the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster with readymix plaster (as per manufaturer's instruction) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth, (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Make of readymix plaster shall be Birla Aerocon/Ultratech readiplast/ACC Accoplast/Fosroc Chemical (India) Pvt Ltd Renderoc and as approved by GE) 2. The readymix plaster shall be procured directly from the manufacturer or their authorised dealer. 3 The contractor shall produced original purchase voucher alongwith test certificate of readymix plaster while claiming RAR/ Final Bill.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on wall and appliying two coats of cement base paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of paver blocks in any position and of any description including removing the rubbish out side the defence land and serviciable paver blocks should be taken in charge, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 60mm thickness machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking paver block zig-zag type of shade yellow and red confirming to IS : 15658-2006, M-35 grade laid over and including 50 mm thick sand cushinoning, including joints filled with cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing, precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (20 mm grade aggregate) cover slabs for drain with size 600mmx450mmx100mm thick with marking necessary hole in subsequent distance (i.e. 4 x hole in five rows) for ground watering in the drain, set in cement mortar 1:4 with plain fair faces, including chamfers weathering, throating etc. and cleaning old material before setting in mortar complete with joints to match, including necessary form work complete all as specifie and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Each cover slab shall be privided 8mm dia TMT bar 2 Nos as in long span and 8 mm dia TMT bar 4 Nos as in short span and the quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for these provision and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. 2. The top of RCC drain cover slab shall engraved (impressed during casting of slab) the year of casting i.e. 2022 and the rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to be included for the above provision and nothing extral shall be paid on this account.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate perforated drain cover slab chullah hoods, chajjas, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in CM 1:4, including necessary form work moulds etc all as specified. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately). Note : 1. The top of RCC drain cover slab shall engraved (impressed during casting of slab) the year of casting i.e. 2022 and the rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to be included for the above provision and nothing extral shall be paid on this account. 2. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for TMT bars 08 to 10 mm cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to TMT bars.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level including removing the rubbish out side the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Credit Schedule of this Tender.
