Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Hydraulically operated Crash Rated Bollards. Each individual bollard shall be physically impact tested to PAS68 criteria or DoS K4 to withstand an impact of 7500Kg vehicle at 50Km/hr. Height of the bollards shall be minimum 900mm and 220mm dia. The test report for the same shall be provided from one of the globally accepted testing agencies: TRL, MIRA, and KARCO. The bollards shall be PLC controlled with a Hydraulic Pack separately placed at a distance or approx. 10mtr from the Bollards. The HPU shall contain an oil reservoir which is connected with the bollards using hydraulic pipes. There shall be open, close, stop button to operate the bollards. Manual Raise/Lower using hand pump is mandatory feature of the bollard to operate in case of prop longed power interruption or bollard electronic controls failure. The bollards shall be operable using a separate Hydraulic Pack to keep less disturbance on the roadway while maintenance or any hydraulic repairs. It is compulsory to provide PLC of the system with a LAN/Ethernet port in order to integrate in future the controls of both gate bollards systems with Central Control/Command station.

Supply, Installation and Commissioning of IR Beam Photo Sensors. These sensors are to be installed at all Bollard to ensure safety. They operate on 24 V DC with potential-free NO/NC contacts and include RX/TX modules. The sensors shall be mounted on powder-coated MS poles with base plates suitable for bolting, with provision for installation of RX/TX modules. The design shall support adjustable alignment, cable entry for proper termination, and a minimum sensing range of 10 meters.

Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Interlocking Relay Circuit Panel. This panel integrates boom barriers with bollard raise/lower proximity limits, enabling automatic boom operation without the need for separate push buttons. It includes a power supply unit (12V, 1.5A) for relay operation. The system also requires reprogramming of the bollard PLC to support integration with traffic lights and boom barriers, along with synchronized raise/lower commands.
