Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick drain/PCC/stone surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions on other than fair faces of brick work work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in sunken portions,etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc.15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size 30cmx30cmx22 to 25mm thick, set and jointed with neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick bedding layer of cement sand mortar (1:6) and pointed with grey cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc. surface finished fair and even, laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3m in length, 12mm wide and 50mm deep, joints shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with mastic filling to full depth comprising mixture ofheared blown bitumen 85/25 grade and two parts sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base, etc. finishing cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radious built in cement mortar(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made 60-80mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured, rubber moulded, designer (reflecting type) interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with coloured top laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, RCC posts, etc and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over and incuding one coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of ceiling including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including cornices etc. and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over and including one coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling RCC posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Dismantling of existing galvanized iron steel barbed wire / Chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Dismantling old existing chain link fencing of any description, fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply mild steel galvanized chain link fencing 3.15mm dia of mesh wire, mesh size 100x100mm with straining bolts, 10mm dia round bars with 0.9mm dia MS binding wire, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc), binding and jointing complete including necessary drilling, bolting or revetting, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washers, etc. shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire compete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in angle iron in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, and similar works conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only mild steel round bars of 10mm dia and over conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) for fixing in chain link wire fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS flat iron, round or square bars conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe-290) for fixing chain link fencing complete all as s[pecified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but not exc 10cm long and dia of neck 5mm to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling steel barbed wire of any description, fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks for hold fast, etc. including necessary formwork wherever required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked), best quality complete all specified and as directed.

Dismantling concertina wire fencing of any description, fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers, etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The cost of nuts, bolts and washers, etc for jointing to the members of trusses shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate by tenderer. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Dismantling AC sheet (Corrugated, Semi corrugated, etc.) as in roofs, etc. complete all as specified and as directefd.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as louvers and jallies, 25mm thick including fixing to each other jali all moulding complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F retro reflective cautionary signheeting signage as per IRC: 67, made out of high Intensity prismatic (HIP) retro reflective sheeting having polycarbonate limit as 30% to 60% by weight and conforming to ASTM 4956 type IV standard. The retro reflective film to be passed on 2mm thick aluminium sheet conforming to IS-737 standard and back side of the board will be having grey and black powder coating complete with manufacturers gurantee of 7 yers for retro reflective sheeting including dismantling of old board, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make : Avery dennison/3M or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing stainless steel, chrome finish frame work for sign board (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering) including necessary fixing, hanging, fabrication, drilling fastening, etc. complete using stainless steel screws/nuts and bolts, washers, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling course laid to be minimum consolidated thickness of 25mm, laid and complete in slope over roof, finished fair & even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof surfaces and applying roof treatment as under :- (a) 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) using 100% coarse sand on roof / parapet walls with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement. (b) Applying a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.40 litre/Sqm on prepared surfaces and allow to dry. (c ) Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kgs/Sqm over primer. (d) Supply and laying of 3mm thick (Minimum) polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3 Kgs/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt with help of torching with proplane or abutane gas using torch with minimum 75mm side overlap and 100mm end overlap as per manufacturers instructions. (e) Applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 10.20 Kgs/Sqm. (f) Blinding with dry coarse sand @ 0.50 to 1.0 Kg /Sqm dusted over bitumen. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps and portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted rates. Security from total amount of roof treatment work.
