Applying cardium compound on steel wire ropes, drum gears, pinion of gates after proper cleaing including cost of all material, labour, T&P and scaffolding required for proper completion of work Of Gate no. 1 to 15 at Haridwar Dam.
Filling Gear oil in Redicon, Reduction gear box (Redicon or Elecon unit) after cleaning including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work of Gate no. 1 to 12 &15 at Haridwar Dam.
Geasing of rollers of gate after cleaning, replacing grease nippe stud/cap as required including cost all material, labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work.
Reparing of Electromagnetic Brakes by detaching from electric motor and coupling and dismantling, opening and replacing wornout brake shoe lining, torque spring, lever pin, allen screws etc. after making holes in brake and revetting as required as per sample including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. Gate No. 1 to 15 at Haridwar Dam.
Rectifying defective alignment of gates by adjusting length of steel wire rope and other allied work as required including cost of all material, labour, T&P, jigs & fixture, scaffoling etc. as required for proper completion of work at Gate No 6 at Haridwar Dam.
Servicing of 3 phase electric induction motor 3 HP of gates by detaching from E&M brakes, coupling etc. and dismantling from foundation, shifting to working place, opening, varnishing by Dr. Beck Varnish, heating assembling and greasing, shifting to super structure foundation, refitting, connecting with other equipments including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work. Gate No. 13 & 14 at Haridwar Dam.
Greasing, Oiling of different element of Lifting Mechanism of gate (excluding rollers) including replacing damaged/unavailable grease nipple, grease cup as required. Gate No. 1 to 15 at Haridwar Dam.
Repairing of Redicon unit system of gate after dismentalling all components cleaning and repairing of defective parts as worn gear, shaft and other part, and oiling, sealing, assembling and reffiting in gate and testing including all cost of material, labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work. Gate No. 13 & 14
