Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 150 mm layers well watered, rammed and consolidated including depositing surplus earth within the godown or inside compound in places shown with initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. Clearing, leveling the site, shoring, strutting, bailing of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Earth work open excavation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out ~`water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers and clearing and leveling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc., with filling M.Sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered rammed and consolidated etc., complete.

Supplying and filling 40mm guage HBGS stone jelly for dispersion trench including loading conveying and unloading and as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation with Gravel in layers of not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated including compacted with surface vibrator, watering etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and spreading with Gravel in layers of not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed and consolidation by power roller including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing and laying sand gravel mix 1:3 to a consolidated thickness of 15cm using 0.25M3 of crushed stone sand and 0.87 M3 of gravel Per 1M3 of compacted volume of sand gravel mix to give a minimum soaked CBR value as per IRC 37 - 1984 including cost and conveyance of sand and gravel to work site and stacking them to departmental metric gauge for premeasurements mixing the required quantities of sand and gravel spreading watering and compacting the mix in layers of thickness not exceeding 100mm compacted thickness by 80-100KN power roller rolling to achieve the required density including labour charges for mixing spreading and hire and fuel charges for power roller water sprinkler and all other tools and plants etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Corporation officers

Supplying and fillingin basement with wetmix 250mm thick in layers of not exceeding 250mm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated including machineries for hire and running charges leader 5 Cum capacity, hire charges for tipper, water sprinkler,` vibratory roller all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including mixing by mechanical means de-watering side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

BRICK WORK in cement mortor 1:5(one cement, five sand) using best quality Country bricks of size 8" 3/4"x4 ¼ x 2 ¾ “ for walls including cost of scaffolding curing, finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C.works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing(under lintel grove) cold rolled ROLLING SHUTTERS of approved quality of 18 gauge 7.5 cm wide cold rolled lathe section in one piece interlocked together with specially designed pipe shaft with adequate number of high tensile steel wire springs of approved quality complete with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking arrangements with push and pull operations and pulling back handle with all ac cessories in best workmen ship and the entire shutter painted with two coats of best quality anti-corrosive paint over one coat of red oxide primer and clear opening of 1.80M width 2.60M height. The rolling shutter shall be placed below the lintel and behind the RCC curtain slab of 7.5 cm thick and 45 cm depth. Each rolling shutter shall be provided with one pair of approved quality of ball bearing complete. Supplying and fixing of Steel glazed AIR INLET WINDOWs of size 0.6m x 0.6m using extruded angles (Z-section) alround for frame with centre mullion T-section) and shutter with the same Z-section properly fixed with hinges 2 nos. for each shutter. The panel of shutter fixed with G.I. sheet of'18 gauge and necessary locking arrangements including weld mesh cover using weld mesh 25mm x 25mm x 10mm gauge and welded with iron square bars of 10mm size - 3nos. horizontally and 2nos. vertically welded together to form a grill and welding grill to the main frame with 4mm thick and 12mm wide MS flats. The rate is also inclusive of one coat of steel primer and two coats of ANTI CORROSIVE METALLIC paint and quality, 2 nos. 20cm long stays for shutters etc complete (The paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work ) The shutters should open inside.

Supplying and fixing steel N-Type VENTILATOR of size 1.20m x 0.60m using extruded angle (Z-section 25mmx25mmx3mm) for outer frames with center mullion (T-section)and with weld mesh of 25mmx25mm 10guage on all three sides ( 2 verticals 1 horizontal) and 10mm size MS square bars horizontally one at top and one at bottom welded to the frames with necessary MS flats of size 20mmx4mm thick and with necessary FRP plain sheets properly fixed with teakwood fillets MS hold fast 20cm long and necessary ring. The rate shall be inclusive of one coat of steel red oxide primer and two coats of anti corrosive paint of approved quality paint (N-Type Ventilator should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). Undert weld mesh 75x25mm.

Fabricating and supplying and erecting the required number of Trusses with structural steel members like angle iron MS plates for all truss members including cleats to receive the purlins all cutting drilling holes welding and fixing of members with necessary bolts nuts anchor bolt of approved quality hoisting aligning and laying the trusses in position as per plan. The rate should include the cost of painting the members with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying of High profile colour galvalume sheet (as per ISI Standard) with combination 55A1:43 4Zn:1:6SI of TCT bent type 0.47mm thick not less than 150 GSM and standard width of 1.06m with yield strength of 550 MPA made from high tensile/ CR sheets of approved quality for roofing with necessary fixing arrangements like 65m and long hexagonal head screws with EPDM rubber seal etc., complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. (Test certificate for quality should be furnished on receipt of material at site)

Supply and fixing of 40x6mm G.I flat over the Galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing due to wind, the rate inclusive of neccesary G.I screw, Rubber, Aluminium washer with necessary adhesive flashing tap fixed directly over the galvalume sheet, labour charges for fixing, conveyance loading, unloading and cutting, etc. complete for 42m length

Supplying and laying of High profile colour Galvalume sheet ridges (as per ISI Standard) 55A1:43 4Zn:1:6SI of TCT bent type 0.50 mm thick not less than 150 GSM and standard width of 1.06m with yield strength of 550 MPA made from high tensile/ CR sheets of approved quality for roofing with necessary fixing arrangements like 65m abd long hexagonal head screws with EPDM rubber seal etc., complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. Supplying and fixing corrugated Poly Carbonate sheet of size 3mx1.06m of 6mm thick on the roof in-between the colour coated Galvalume sheets for proper lighting with necessary G.I screws and EPDM rubber washers, Complying with standard specification and as direct and specified by the departmental officers including cost of loading unloading and transportion charges etc., complete.

Removing and Supplying and fixing in position M.S.Channel 100x50x6mm at the edge of loading platform with M.S bolt of 16mm dia of 45 cm long protection to the loading platform finishing in flush with the slab with C.M 1:3 complete including painting the exposed surface of MS channel with two coats of Anti-Corrosive Metalic Nut Brown colour paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc., complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Rotary Ventilators over the roof with necessary bolt and nut arrangement to withstand the wind velocity as specified by the departmental officers.(Size 600mm x 600mm).

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50 kg of cement used, cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50 kg of cement used, cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing two coats with best shell lime in all floors including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the walls with two coats ready mixed exterior / interior emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing RCC fencing post of size 15cm x 15 cm at top and bottom, 2.40m long with RCC 1:2:4(One cement, two sand and four aggregates) using 20mm stone jelly including cost of moulding charges, cost of steel and fabrication of reinforcement, finishing, curing, aligning in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by Corporation officers.

Supplying and fixing RCC fencing post (Strut Post) of size 15cm x 15 cm at top and bottom, 2.10m long with RCC 1:2:4(One cement, two sand and four aggregates) using 20mm stone jelly including cost of moulding charges, cost of steel and fabrication of reinforcement, finishing, curing, aligning in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by Corporation officers.

Supplying and fixing chain link fencing of size 2”x2” using 8 Gauge Galvanised iron wire to the structural angle as directed by the departmental officers.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of sand)mixing with water proofing compound confirming to ISS at 2% weight of cement used and pointed with water proofing compound mixed with red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting new iron works with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the red oxide primer in all floor including cost of scaffolding, brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Paving the flooring with vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed with same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the flooring with colour designed Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:3, 20mm thick in all floors used 0.20 kg / m2 including finishing the joints and pointing flush with even surfaces etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Dadooing the walls with white glazed tiles of size 150mmx150mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fabricating and fixing in position of mild steel door with double shutters using M.S.angle of size 40x40x6mm for outer frames and 35x35x5mm for shutter frames, with bottom 1/3rd M.S Sheets of 18 gauge with M.S flate of size 32.x6for internal stiffners and top 2/3rd grilled including one number of aldrop, two numbers of tower bolts, hold fast , hinges, handle etc., including two coats synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer. The rate shall inclusive of cost of all materials.

Supplying and fixing M.S Grill to special windows and ventilators etc using 20mmx6mm angle including cost of MS grill, one of red oxide and fixing in position etc. complete complying with Standard Specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyviny Chloride ) windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mmx58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash an outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fized to the wall the 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder / rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water /moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S.screws shall be paid separately) 30mm thick.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), Calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Frame size 65x100mm.

Supplying and fixing of UPVC (Up-plasticized poly vinyl choloride) louvered ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mmx58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/ 1mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi colored chamber section with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (Black colour ) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiation pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided to the louvers. The Ventilator should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws silicon packing allround the frames. The Ventilator should got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Fabricating supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodized natural colour matt finish of single leaf door with half paneled with 12mm thick both side laminated particle bord at bottom and half glazed using 5.50mm thick plain glass at top. The outer frame shall bewith aluminium box section 101.60x44.45x3.18m at 2.319kg/m and shutter frame made of section vertical & top rail : 50x44.45x2.50mm @ 1.292 kg/m, bottom rail : 100x44.45x2.50mm @ 1.974 kg/m, lock rail:50x44.45x2.5mm @ 1.292 kg/m, Alu. Supplying and fixing in position of best approved quality of rain water down fall pipe having a pressure of 4Kg/sq.cm including cost of PVC bents, PVC shoe, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws nails etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the junction of roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality 75mm PVC soil / waste pipes of 110mm dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supply and fixing in position wash hand basin with new one fixing in position best quality approved make white glazed earthenware wash hand basin of size 550x400mm with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost of 15mm dia metre brass chromium plated pillar tap, 32mm dia metre G.M wheel valve 15mm dia brass nipple 15mm dia nylon connection etc., including fixing the wash hand basin in the wall in position with pair of CI brackets with teak wood plugs and screws and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coats of paint over a primary coat of anticorrosive paint including testing for leakage etc., complete complying with standard specification.

The PVC pipe should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.

Supplying and fixing in position first quality and approved variety of Gun metal Gate Valve / Wheel Valve of 32mm dia with ISI make including cost of shellac, thread balls, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia brass CP screw down tap / Pillar tap (heavy duty) of approved make confirming to IS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing PVC ventilating shaft of 110mm dia (having working pressure 4 kg. / sq.cm) with 3 metre height including cost of PVC cylindrical cowl of best approved quality etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position 25mm dia PVC Elbow of heavy duty of approved quality and good variety including cost of fixing charges necessary cutting and threading, jointing the Specials etc complete.

Supplying and fixing of M.S Gate of size 6.00Mx1.80M in two leaves with B Class pipe of size 50mm dia pipe alround and 15cm dia pipe vertically at 15cm intervals including fixing of 18 gauge M.S.Sheet at bottom / middle of gate 50cm height including cost of all furniture fittings, aligning, fixing in position with two coats of anti corrosive metallic nut brown colour paint over one coat of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
