P/L of 700mm (28inch) i/d, 600mm (24inch) i/d 450mm (18inch) i/d RCC NP-2 pipe line for smooth functioning of SWD system at various Location in S/41 (AandB), Chandigarh (Repair/Restoration of Road Cut made by MCPH Sub Div No. 13 Chandigarh.

Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means ( Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30xm in depth 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m and excludig of disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dresses. All kinds of soil complete in all respects to the entire satisafaction of the Engineer - In - Charge.(Deduct Item No. 2.6.1 - 2.36 as per DSR)

Carriage of material (1.1) by mechanical transport including loading unloading and stacking complete in all respect using appropriate labour and machinery to carry dispose the building rubbish/ malba/ dismantled and wastes to the Municipal Corporation C&D waste processing plant to an average lead of 14 Km and all lifts to entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Preparation of sub grade including trenching rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level and camber,watering, rolling with a road roller and compaction of bed complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge. (N.S.)

Providing and Laying Granular Sub-Base by spreading and compacting coarse graded sub base material - sand, moorum, gravel crushed stone or combination thereof conforming to Grading-II of Table 400-2 of MORT&H specifications ( as pr latest revision). The material shall be mixed by Mix in Place method or with renovator at OMC and carried to site, spread in uniform layers and compacted with 8-10 tones smooth wheeled/vibratory roller to achieve density complete in all respects as per Clause 401 of MORT&H specifications.(as per latest revision).

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting the stone aggregate of 63 -45mm gauge conforming to Grading-II of Table 400-9 of MORT&H specifications (as per latest revision) to Water Bound Macadam specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing and rolling with 3 SMOOTH wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per Clause-404 of MORT&H specifications (as per latest revision ) complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge. .

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting the stone aggregate of 53 -22.4mm gauge conforming to Grading-II of Table 400-9 of MORT&H specifications (as per latest revision) to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate of wearing layer and compacting to the required density complete as per Clause 404 of MORT&H specifications( as per latest revision ) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run Bitumen binder of grade (VG - 10 Bulk) @ 3.00 kg/ 10 Sqm including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface.

Providing and laying ready-mix bituminous material for patch repairs with an average thickness of 20mm to cover patches/ potholes on the damaged road surface, complete in all respects. This includes the cost of read-mix bituminous cold material CRRI approved packed in bags to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: ( 1 Cement: 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). Complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge.(DSR No. 4.1.10)

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over 20mm thick compacted bed of cement sand mortar 1:4 including grouting the joints with cement mortar etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
