Road Portion Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface as per technical specifications as per Clause 501.8.3.2 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Constrution of embankment with earth obtained from borrow pits by mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Wet Mix Macadam base course as per approved drawing & technical specifications as per Clause 406 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing primer coat on the prepared granular surface with slow setting bitumen emulsion as per Clause 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with rapid setting bitumen emulsion as per Clause 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (5th revision) AR Page 169 & Item No.45

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (5th revision)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement mix over a prepared sub base with 43/53 grade cement @400 kg/cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed by adopting hand guided semi mechanised method as per approved mix design transported to site, laid with a fixed form, spread, compacted and finished in a continous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixture as approved, curing compund, finishing lines and grades as per drawing and design complete etc & as per clause 602 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C. M-25 for Railing & Guard Post grade including cost of reinforcement true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical R.C.C. post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000mm leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion complete as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per clause 1500, 1600, 1700 & 2703 of Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour T&P taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70mm complete as per approved drawings and standard specification to be installed by the compressible salitax bituminous filler board in expansion joint for finished item of work as per section 900, 2600 of MORT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Retaining Wall Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including dressing of sides and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site within 50m initial lead & 1.5m initial lifts with sundries & T&P required for the work complete including cost of all labour,labour cess,T&P,sundries etc. as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing, filling clean sand in foundation of structure of approved quality as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900, 2100, Clause 304 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

P.C.C. in M-15 mix in open foundation as levelling course with 40 mm downgraded hard granite crusher broken agregates, mechanically and vibrated for concrete slab in laid position for finished item of work including cost, conveyance, royalities, of all materials etc. complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC M15 Grade in sub structure as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 1500, 1700 & 2200 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
