Supply of Furniture to the Hostels at Jnana Bharathi Campus, Bangalore University, Bengaluru under CSR fund contribution from Walmart

If the Tenderer is an Original Equipment/Goods Manufacturer (OEM), he should have satisfactorily manufactured, supplied and installed furniture items similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 (three) completed Financial Years preceding the last date for submission of Tenders (i.e. Financial Year 2023-2024, 2024- 2025 and 2025-2026). This will be 40% with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs)/startups in any one of the last 2 (two) completed Financial Years.

If the Tenderer is an Authorized distributor/ Dealer, the tenderer, as authorized representative should have supplied and installed satisfactorily furniture items similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 30 % of the quantity required in any one of the last three years (i.e. Financial Year 2023-2024, 2024- 2025 and 2025-2026)

The Bidder/OEM should have been in similar business of Supply of furniture for a period of at least 3 years as on the last date of Bid Submission as evidenced by the Certificate of Commencement of Business issued by the Registrar of Companies or any other documentary proof (issued by the Government)

The tenderer should be the Original Equipment/Goods Manufacturer (OEM) or an Authorized distributor/ Dealers of the OEM with a valid authorization certificate

In case of Authorized distributor/ Dealers of a manufacturer - The bidder must furnish Manufacturers Authorization Form as per Appendix C- Form 2 of Tender Document or any similar format

Company Registration Certificate

The tenderer shall furnish a valid GST Registration Certificate along with copies of the GST returns filed for the last three months

PAN card

The bidder shall furnish the latest certificates of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2015 from NABCB-accredited agencies.

The bidder shall furnish the latest valid certificate of ZED GOLD issued by MSME

The bidder shall furnish the details of Manufacturing Facilities along with photographs of machineries including Quality Control system available with them/their Manufacturer

Details of Service Centres and information on service support facilities in Bangalore that would be provided during and after the warranty period (in the Service Support Form given in Appendix C - Form 3)

The bidder shall furnish a test certificate for the product confirming to IS 17636 standards issued by a NABCB-accredited laboratory

The Average Annual Turnover of the Tenderer should not be less than Rs. 06 Crores (Rupees Six Crores only) for the last three preceding Financial years (i.e. Financial Year 2023-2024, 2024- 2025 and 2025-2026). Micro and Small Enterprises bidder should have Average Annual Turnover of not less than Rs 3 Crore (Rupees Three Crores only) for the last 2 (two) preceding Financial years

Details of Income Tax Returns filed for the last three financial years (2023-2024, 2024- 2025 and 2025-2026)

Audited Balance Sheet showing that, Bidders have been profitable for each of the last three financial years and should submit certified copy from chartered Accountant with UDIN Number /Company Auditors. (As proof, the bidder shall furnish audited Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements for each of the last three financial years, along with a certificate issued by a Chartered Accountant (with UDIN) or the Companys Statutory Auditor certifying that the bidder has been profitable in each of the last three financial years)

The Bidder should not be blacklisted by the Government of Karnataka or any of its department/agency or by Central / any other State/UT Government or its department/ agency

The bidder shall, at their own cost, submit samples of each furniture item specified in the tender document, conforming to the prescribed technical specifications, before the opening of the Technical Bids
