M&L for rewinding of exhaust fan of 12" (300mm) sweep with super enamelled winding wire of same size as per old winding wire and confirming to IS including replacement of insulating material, warnishing, greasing lubricating, ball bearing, GM bushes and replacement of suitable capacity of condenser and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item No 96 above but size of exhaust fan 450 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for repair to ceiling fans of 1200 mm / 1400 mm sweep by replacing unserviceable ball bearing No 6201/6202/6203 and suitable capacity of condenser including necessary greasing to the bearings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of rubber real for ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in replacement of mild steel U clamps including 10 mm dia but, nuts, washers and split pin for ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in replacement of mild steel fan hook made out of 12 mm dia mild steel round bar of suitable size as per existing hook as directed by Engineerin Charge.

S&F in replacement of upper louver conopy of ceiling fan of any sweep, make, modles & size as per existing complete ass as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in replacement of exhaust fan heavy duty 300 mm sweep including necessary fixing arrangement for proper fixing in wall and making hole as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - Havells or in equivalent to Crompton/Bajaj.

S&F in replacement of ceiling fan heavy duty 1200 mm sweep including necessary fixing arrangement for proper fixing/hanging as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - Havells or in equivalent to Crompton /Bajaj.

S&F in replacement of exhaust/ventilating fan heavy duty plastic body 250 mm sweep including necessary fixing arrangement for proper fixing in wall and making hole as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - Model Havells or equivalent of Crompton / Bajaj

S&F in replacement of wall mounting fan heavy duty 450 mm sweep including necessary fixing arrangement for proper fixing on wall as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - Havells or equivalent of Crompton / Bajaj

S & F in replacement of exhaust fan louver at any size and make all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for PVC three core sheathed cable with stranded copper conductor of size 0.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old MCCBs of any type and size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
