Replacement of damaged strips and improvement to 04 No trash racks (5.80 m x 4.10 m) of Head Regulator (H/R) gates including allied works at Ujh Barrage Providing of new strips to trash racks of Head Regulator gates by way of extraction of 04 Nos. trash rack assemblies from each groove of H.R gates using manual labour, chain pulley block crane, tools and tackles and cleaning of all 04 No. trash rack assemblies by removing dust, dirt, rust etc. using wired brush etc. Providing, fitting and fabrication of M.S flat strips of size 100mm x 10mm of length 10 m approx having weight 78 kg at missing spots. Up-keeping of steel structure Gang way installed in front of H.R. Gates by cutting of damaged/twisted angle by gas cutter, providing/fitting M.S. angle of size 65mm x 65mm x 6mm of length 7 m approx having weight 41 kg and fabrication of vertical and horizontal members of railing of walkway. Improvement to damaged segments by way of dismantling them from each trash rack assembly using gas cutter and other tools tackles. Job includes straightening of bulged/twisted segments, welding at damaged/loosened spots, strengthening of main frame and weakened segments by way of welding of MS strips using standard quality electrodes. Job also includes strengthening to the major damaged bottom segments and also upper damaged segments by way of welding. Painting of all four trash rack assemblies and steel structure Gang way installed in front of H.R. Gates by way of preparing the surface by scrape off old worn-out paint with hand scrapes/emery paper, grinder, and then complete painting of the trash rack assemblies using 02 coats of black bitumen paint after applying one coat anti corrosive red oxide primer. Job includes lowering of trash rack assemblies in respective grooves by using chain pulley crane etc. after completion of job. Complete job includes cost of installation/fitting, hire charges for the machinery used, tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material, cost of providing at site including of all kind of taxes as applicable
