S&F 30mm thick flush shutter, solid core construction, with block board core and both face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and directed.

Mild Steel works as in bands straps, hold fasts etc, conforming to IS-2062-2006 (Fe-290), embedded portion duly painted with bituminious paint and sanded, complete all as specified.

Preparing surface of iron and treating small articles such as stop, covers, gully grating, holdfasts, end of posts area exc 0.1 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing New Wood and Wood Based Surfaces of any description, over 100mm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Coat of Pink Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing old Wood and Wood Based Surfaces of any description, over 100mm width or girth and applying one Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, moss effloerent salts and treading oil and greasy spots and applyuing one coat of white (lime) wash complete all as spec ified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as specified in Item No 25 above but applying one coat of white wash on ceiling.

M & L for complete scraping down of old decorative surface of walls with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, moss efflorecent salts and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls, filling the holes/cavities and platering the surface required, cleaning and preparation of the surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic (Apex) as per manufactured instruction complete all specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted by the contractor shall deem to include for scaffolding to carry out the work for OHT OF ANY HEIGHT INSIDE THE CME CAMPUS

M & L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint over wooden surfaces including preparation of old surfaces over 10cm width or girth all as specified and directed

M & L for painting one coat synthetic enamel paint on steel surface including preparation of old surface of any description , over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described all as specified and directed

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position not otherwise provided for.

Dismantling of old damaged chain link fencing wiremesh any type and size

Dismantling of posts or struts (RCC fencing posts) any section and taking out embedded portion (post embedded in concrete. ) including making good to disturbed complete all as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire. (Note : Line wire shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only)

S&F MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one ends and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitting with washer and one hexagonal or square nut n.exc. 5cm long and dia of shank 8 to 10 mm etc.

S&F 10mm dia MS round bars conforming to Fe 410-O as in straining bars in fencing all as directed.

Removing existing/old damaged Roof Treatment of any(Brick tiles and Mudfuska) description by scrapping with using Wire Brush and Removing the Same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Dismantling all water tanks and after roof treatment connect all tanks during working time if any tanks, float valves, GI pipes damaged contactor should replace the same (upto all stories)

M&L for Roof Treatment on existing Concrete Surfaces with the following Specifications:– (a) Rendering 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 including mixing of Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per Manufacturer’s Instructions on Cleaned Concrete Surfaces of Roof after applying a Neat Cement Slurry @ 3.0 KILO-GRAM PER SQUARE METRE, Plastered Surfaces Fair finished including Curing of Plastered Surfaces for 7 DAY by pounding of Water over the Roof (Levelling Course) and applying two coat of DR fixit coat over cement plaster (b)Applying a layer of APP based Polymeric Membrane, 3.0mm thick (minimum) Weighing 3.0 KILOGRAM PER SQUARE METRE (reinforced) with Polyester Non Woven Fabric weighing not less than 160 GRAM PER SQUARE METRE by Torch application. The Overlap shall be minimum 100mm on Traverse direction and 75mm on Longitudinal direction and Sealing Overlap. (e)Applying evenly one Coat of Aluminium Paint @ 0.10 LITRE PER SQUARE METRE over the APP Based Polymeric Membrane. (f) PCC 1:2:4 type BO using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate for filleting and benching slightly rounded or chamfered on edges.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slab laid bedded ;and pointed in cement mortar of any description or thickness in floor aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L 75mm PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in sub base complete all as specified and directred

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0(using 12.5mm graded aggregated) and finished even and fair to receive the further treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut cudappa stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing , over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L 18 to 20mm thick granite (of any type) work, in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M& L Fof rendering 10mm thick cement mortar in 1:4 as in backing coat complete all as specified and directed

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tile 7 to 8mm thick(square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeing 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L vitrified ceramic coloured tile 8 to 10mm thick(square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement sluurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 52 above but on vertical surface such as skirting , dado etc butbut including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm fancy type bib tap, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down , screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connnections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store.

S&F galvanised tubes 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors.

Refixing 15 mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls,ceiling,floors, etc)

Cutting chase, pining in making good to facings where required & pointing in cement mortar1:3 to ends etc or edges of landings, steps cills,sunshades, shelves,lintels,etc and cutting chasesfor concealed water tubing and making good,cutting n.exc. 10cm girth in brick walls all as directed.

M&L walling random rubble uncoursed , well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L 15mm thick cement plastering on block/stone masonry surfaces in CM 1:4 finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered rubber moulded glossy finish cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick,set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6etc. Including dismantling old tiles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

(a). Contrator has to employ skilled/unskilled tradesman with adequate experience & required documents to be submitted to office.

(b). Labour should wear contractors uniform with firm logo, failing which recovery should be made.

(c). Minimum of 02 x teams of each trades shall be available for maint of urgent nature whenever called upon of any trade, failing which recovery will be initiated for not employing adequate labour at site.

(d) Site clearance shall be done by contractor after finishing work.

(e) All Scarps will be done with mechanical scaper

(f) Mechanical scaper should be deposit in our store at the time of sample approval
