Supply & Fix in replacement Junction/loop in - loop out box weather proof incluiding made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120 mm out side and 300x200x105 mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strip for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps and 02 Amps MCB SP with base incluiding embossing/ painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5 cm with letters,figures band conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of junction box body complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Automatic Light Timer switch with Natural switch Cat No. SWADEEP-02EC12KW3P, infra ray sensor with pre sawn switching off timer, 4-8 hrs, of Maximum load capacity of 4KW per phase. Degree of protection conforms to IP 65 Make- Nature Switch/Schneider/Seimens complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing galvanised chain linkfencing of height 2 metre from GL right around the 11 KV 2 pole structure/ transformers structures/DG sets with ms angular of size 60 x 60 x 6mm thick duly painted with a coat of redoxide and two coats of synthatic enamel paint grouted with post holes and PCC at span of every one metre distance around along with 1 mtr width hinged gate and providing of slag brickwork of 2 feet height from Ground level with proper basement along with perimeter of the fencing and plastering the surfacewith1:6 ratio around the fencing complete asspecified by the engineer in charge.

Supply and making in replacement new LT 1100 V end termination with suitable size of aluminium lugs duly crimped for LT 3 ½ core armoured aluminium conductor cable after isolating supply to transformer/LT panel and disconnecting brunt/fault cable from the bunch of cables in trenches, galleries, removing cable loop, opening the cable blank and connecting back after end terminals, testing and commissioning for 3 ½ core 185 to 400sq.mm (XLPE) all as specified and directed.

Taking down the LT air circuit breakers of various capacities form 800 amps to 1250 amps for repairs, servicing comprising the following and refixing the same, re-orientation and labour for taking down the defective parts and refixing the same spare parts all as specified and directed (a) Checking/repair of mechanical system of ACB. (b) Checking/repair of the manual closing/tripping of breaker.

Laying only LT UG Cable in replacement LT cable of PVC sheathed XLPE cable armoured aluminium conductor 1100 V graded , 2/4 core,10 sqmm to 25 sqmm, after taking out/down old existing unserviceable from trenches / ducks/ road crossing and poles complete all as specified and directed.

S&Laying in replacement sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strenth 75 Kg/sqm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for providing door Hinges- 2 Nos/ Door fixing by means pf welding / fabrication/ Nut & Bolts to the LT outdoor panel complete all as speecified and directed.
