Repair of the Loader assembly of of Backhoe Loader JCB 3DX by way of removing all the tooth from the Loader and p/f of M.S. Sheet 20 mm thick along length of loader, plough bolt (C7600565) - 16 Nos., Hexagon Nut (C9100031) - 16 Nos . The job also include piercing of holes in MS sheet by gas welding as per the size of plough bolt. The job also include nominal hardening and facing of loader along the length of M.S sheet for protection of Loader assembly. Job also includes P/f of new Tooth end bits – 04 Nos. The complete job includes cost of material along with carriage, labour charges, hire charges of tool and tackles

Providing and Fitting of Loader Jack Seals – 04 Nos of Backhoe Loader JCB 3DX by way of dismantling the old damaged and worn out jack seals and replacement with the new jack seals of the same specifications. The complete job includes cost of material along with carriage, labour charges, hire charges of tool and tackles

Repair to the gear box of the Backhoe Loader JCB 3DX by way of its dismantling, repairing by p/f roller bearing, sleeve bearing, synchronizing rings, gear box oil seals, cotter, coupling, twin gear, reverse gear, 2nd gear, gear box joint set, counter shaft, fitting of gears by using hydraulic press. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges

Providing and Fitting of Swing Jack Seals – 01 set of Backhoe Loader JCB 3DX by way of dismantling the old damaged and worn out jack seals and replacement with the new jack seals of the same specifications. The job also includes the P/f of loader big Jack seals – 01 Set for one side only and P/f of Stick Jack seals - 01 set.. The complete job includes cost of material along with carriage, labour charges, hire charges of tool and tackles

Repair to tie rod and king pin assembly of Backhoe Loader JCB 3DX by way of dismantling and extraction of worn out parts and replacement by way of P/f of new parts King pin – 02 Nos., King pin bush – 04 Nos., King pin bearings – 02 Nos., Arm bolt – 01 No., Sapcer – 02 Nos., Shims – 02 Nos., O-ring – 02 Nos., King pin lock – 02 Nos., Tie rod end (LH & RH) – 01 set, Tie rod end repair kit – 01 set, King pin repair kit – 01 No., along with alignment of wheel and checking. The job includes the cost of the rubber material, nuts and bolts with washers and labour charges for the complete work

Repair of the fuel injection pump of the Backhoe Loader JCB 3DX by way of removing of FIP from m/c dismantling it extraction of old damaged parts and P/F of new parts viz:- Nozzles 1set, Feed Pump 1no., Elements 4nos., Delivery Valve 4 nos., Plunger 1set and Calibration of Pump etc. The job includes labour charges etc.

Labour charges for repairs to operator seat of the Backhoe Loader JCB 3DX by way of using iron G.I sheets and p/f of rexgine, cushion cover etc. including stitching charges also and repairs to back by way of welding and fitting of nuts and bolts also, the job includes cost of angle iron. Job also includes the P/f of Door Locks both left and right side – 01 Set on each side, P/f of leg paid and stopper - 01 set each. Job is inclusive of the cost of material, labour charges and all taxes.

Repair to Silencer repair of Backhoe Loader JCB 3DX by way of dismantling the exhaust manifold from the exhaust port of the cylinder. Repair to catalytic convertor and muffler/silencer by way of welding/soldering, cleaning the tail pipe and resonator by way of removing the carbon with detergent and spot welding at required spot to make it leak proof. Reassembling of the exhaust system with chassis and cylinder exhaust port by new studs and nut, bolts and washers etc. Job is inclusive of the cost of material, labour charges and all taxes.

Periodic servicing of the Backhoe Loader JCB 3DX by way of Providing and Fitting of Filter set– 01no., M oil Filter – 01no. Job also includes Providing and Filling of M-oil – 15 Ltrs., Axle Oil – 20 Ltrs., Transmission oil – 20 Ltrs., Hydraulic oil – 120 Ltrs., Coolant – 15 Ltrs. P/F of hose pipe 3” – 01 set etc. The job includes the cost of the rubber material, nuts and bolts with washers and labour charges for the complete work
