REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF DG SETS, AMF PANELS AND SWITCH GEARS WITH ALLIED WORKS

Annual maintenance including all checks as recommended by the manufacturer for the following capacity of DG sets of Kirloskar/Cummins make once in a period of six months or 250 hrs of run whichever is earlier by authorized / OEM including replacement of Engine oil, oil filter fuel filter "O" ring, tappet valve adjustment replacing the tappet gasket water leakage rectification and testing commissioning as recommended by the OEM for smooth running, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Engine oil, fuel filter and oil filter shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) The rate quoted by the contractor shall include the rate for minor cosumables like distilled water, greese, nutbolts during rotine AMC checks.

Dismantling and taking out blocked/choked radiator assembly including dismantling of rubber hose, fan blade and V belt etc feeding the high pressure air mixed with water alternatively and applying cleaning chemical on the surfaces of radiator and cleaning thoroughly, brazing work for leakage and refixing the same in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out self starter assembly suitable for the following DG Set and replacement of wornout spare parts like field coil, armature assembly, solenoid assembly, carbon brush, carbon brush assembly, clutch plate assembly and bushes including servising and refixing to engine complete all as specified and as directed:-

125 KVA to 250 KVA DG Set.

62.5 KVA to 100 KVA DG Set.

20 KVA to 45 KVA DG Set.

Dismantling and taking out battery charging alternator assembly suitable for the following DG set and replacement of wornout spare parts like field coil, rotor assembly, carbon brush, rectifier assembly and bushes etc including servising and refixing complete all as specified and as directed :-

125 KVA to 250 KVA DG Set.

62.5 KVA to 100 KVA DG Set.

20 KVA to 45 KVA DG Set.

Dismantling and taking out fuel injector pump assembly suitable for the following DG Set and complete overhauling of FIP including replacement of unserviceable parts like rebuild overhauling kit, rebuild seal kit, fuel injector 'O' rings, OEM gaskets, spring gasket injector, valve bearing etc complete all as specified and as directed:-

Supply and fix in replacement ATS (automatic transfer switch) 4 pole (TPN) with enclosure with complete protection 100 amps 415 volts 50 HZ AC supply including mounting arrengement and disconnecting/ connecting electrically with existing cable including matching with existing generator safety unit complete all as per Havells cat part No IHYFCDE100 complete all as specified and as directed:-

Supply and fix Battery 12V 180 AH mainteance free complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Battery 12V 90 AH mainteance free complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing battery Lead 0.5 mtr long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing battery terminal as per sample complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of indicating lamps 240V LED type for indication of RYB Phases complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Servicing /maint /repair of AMF panel by checking and finding defective parts relays,timers,single phase preventer,panel control wiring with suitable size power contactor in AMF panel all as specified and as directed. Note:- Relays, timers, contactors single phasing preventor will be measured and paid for separately under relevent items complete all as specified and as directed.
