Comprehensive AMC and operation of central AC plant in GH under GE (East) Ferozepur Cantt

Comprehensive Maintenance of complete Central Air Conditioning Plant of capacity 160 TR (80 TR x2 working & 80 TR x1 standby) alongwith all equipments, through Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Memeorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the contractor and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and carrying out daily preventive maintennace and periodical services to maintain and keep the Central AC plant functional complete all as specified and directed. Make -BLUE STAR LIMITED installed at 159 GH Ferozepur Cantt.

Operation (Manning) of Central Air Conditioning Plant at General Hospital, fire-fighting system and DG sets including compressors, condonsers, AHU unit, cooling towers, chillers, pipe line pumps, electrical panels safety equipments including operation of valves complete by outsourcing services for running Cenral Air Conditioning Plant round the clock in three shifts per day with each shift of 8 hours, by providing and deploying all required supervisory, technical staff and required numbers of Helpers, complete all as specified and directed, but minimum as following:- (i) Skilled FGM- 01 No per shift for 03 shifts (ii) Skilled Refrigeration Mechanic- 01 No per shift for 03 shifts. (iii) Un-skilled Helper- 01 No per shift for 03 shifts. Notes :- (a) The FGM and Refrigeration Mechanic shall be ITI certificate holder from recognised board having minimum 02 years experiance in similar Job / trade & Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning with 02 years experiance in relevant field, responsible for operation of plant and maintenance round the clock including Sundays and closed holidays. (c) Helper to assist the FGM and Refrigeration Mechanic (minimum 10th pass) responsible for AC plant / ports cleaning, cleaning surounding area and any necesarry T&P for smooth functioning of plant, operation and maint around the clock including Sundays and closed holidays. (d) The contractor shall submit name of persons to be deployed at work alongwith their qualification and experiance for approval from GE before the date of commencement of work. (e) Subsequently action for verification of antecedents of the persons to be deployed shall be taken by the contractor and submit the same to Engineer-in-Charge/GE within 07 days from the date of commencement of work. (f) Cleaning of area in and around pump houses and common area (viz cutting of grass and disposal of debris) on demand to be included in the scope of work. Default if any noticed in duty of cleaning, recovery will be imposed as per terms and conditions of the contract.

Service, reair, overhauling and rewinding of electric motor of capacity 10 HP, 3-phase 400-440 Volts complete disconnecting the electric supply removing of pully and fan and opening of both end covers taking out Bearings and rotor checking of air gap, checking of rotor field winding, replacement of bearings, greasing fo bearings including rewiring with superior quality copper winding wire insulating material, vanishing binding of winding etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge reassembling, replacing rusted nut, bolts, washers, checking and adjusting the alignment, connecting electric connection completed all as specified and directed for Electric motor 3 phase 10 HP of AC Plant.

M&L for serviceing of cooling coil tower of AC plant FRP Type of 156 TR by dismantling and taking out the one comb PVC files complete and PV Nozzles the PVC files by suitable descaling solution including bruising and cleaning complete with cleaning solution and water replacing the defective PVC flange along with rubber gasket and rusted bolts nuts and washer etc cleaning the water sump and XMP wire mesh with suitable cleaning solution re-assembling the same including replacing the defective water filter flanges of pipe joints etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement PVC fins suitable for any capacity and any make Cooling tower of AC plants of 2X1X0.6 feet having LPS fills with tie rod and turn buckle of suitable size to match the system including taking out old unserviceable part complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement HEPA filter 10 to 20 microns static wove both side DPE mesh in aluminium frame efficiency 90% of sizes as per site requirement including taking out old unserviceable part complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement factor made performance HEPA filters of 99 micro down to 5 micro of standard size with multiple pockets & self supporting filters bags with MS/GI anodised aluminium frame suitable for central AC Plant including replacement of bolts & nuts including taking out old unserviceable part complete all as specified and directed.
