Part-"A"Provision of Security light in the campus of police line at Gumla.

Swaged steel tubular pole ( 410SP-2) of height 7 Mtr. onfirming to IS:2713 (Part II ) in three section with steel base size, bottom of the pole made of 50 mm dia MSB Clamp pipe welded to 300 mm long MS canopy of suitable dia at an angle of 102.5 suitable size of nuts and bolts including rating of one cost steel primer and two coat of read - oxide all complete as required. (Without Arm)

a) Double arm (1x2) metre long

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. Above 6.5 metre and upto 8.0 metre

S.I.T.C of floowing rating LED Street lighting luminarie with pressure die cast housing and toughened glass cover (IP 66 protection) in existing pole/pipe for supply voltage 100-270V AC, 50Hz. Luminarie shall be confirm to IS: 10322 part-5/section-3 and shall be complete with all neccssary accessories as required 90/100W LED Street light

S.I.T.C of floowing rating LED Flood lighting luminarie with pressure die cast housing and toughened glass cover (IP 66 protection) in existing pole/pipe for supply voltage 100-270V AC, 50Hz. Luminarie shall be confirm to IS: 10322 part-5/section-5 and shall be complete with all neccssary accessories as required (a)150/160W LED Flood light

S/F suitable sizes water proof sintex make distribution junction box with 1 nos MCB well mounted on pole above 2.5 feet from ground level all complete with nut bolt etc as reqd

Supplying and laying of XLPE insualted PVC sheathed aluminum armoured cable working votlage upto 1100 volts as per IS:7098 (part i) of following sizes (Make- Havells/ Polycab/ Finolex/ capital or equi) a) 2 core 6 sq mm (for Garden light)

a) 2 core 6 sq mm (for 150/160 watt LED flood light)

b) 4 core 10 sq mm (for security light)

c) 4 core 16 sq mm (From fidder panel to 63 amp TP&N M/S)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 sq mm directr in ground including excavation, and refilling the trench etc as rquired, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

10 sq mm alulminium lugs

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit includgin dismantling as reqd.

a) 5x1.5 sq mm (for Security light)

b) 3x1.5 sq mm (for flood lgiht & gate lgiht connection)

Providing and fixing following DP/TP&N sheet metal switch disconnector fuse unit in the existing metal board with rewireable type fuses, including drilling holes in metal board . making connections. etc. as required.

a) 32 amps double pole (for 150 watt LED flood lgiht)

b) 63 amps double pole (for Security lgiht)

c) 63 Amps TP&N (for service cable pole to main switch)

Providing and fixing following capacity busbar chamber with 4 strips of length 300mm made of copper suitable for following capacity complete with all accessories including connections, earthing the body etc. as required.

a) 100 Amps

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 mtr long . 40mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal and salt as required.

Supply and laying 8 SWG copper wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including solding etc. as required.

S/F 40 mm dia med class G.I pipe for laying of cable in road crossing.

S.I.T.C of following rating LED Post top lamp made in die cast aluminium housing with decorative clear/opal serylic diffuser on existing pipe including connection with 1.5sq.mm. copper conductor etc all complete as required.

a) 40/45W LED Post top lamp clear

Part-"B"-Provision of Post up light for sheed Smark & Garden in the campus of Police Line at Gumla.

S.I.T.C of following rating approved make LED Bollard fitting with rectangular shape of height 600 to 850mm power input-8/9watt with die cast aluminium housing opel with PC diffuser, IP:65/54 protection, conferming to IS:10322 part 5 etc all complete as required. (excluding plinth charge)

a) 20/25 W LED Post top lamp clear

Supplying and laying of XLPE insualted PVC sheathed aluminum armoured cable working votlage upto 1100 volts as per IS:7098 (part i) of following sizes (Make- Havells/ Polycab/ Finolex/ capital or equi) a) 2 core 6 sq mm (for Garden light)
