S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self taping screws/J hook complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 1.00 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge of roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self taping screws / J hook complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/backing,removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Non skid, joint free (edgecut) coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectanguler) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exeeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 400x350mmx7mm thick on wall / vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and riser to steps etc including laid over 10mm thick 1:4 cement mortar for laying wall/vertical finish set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregates) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Sand filling under interlocking tiles or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rubber moulded Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with gray cement and coloured pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base to floors and paving etc all complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Cutting out the vegetation like shrubs, plants and bushes of any description upto 1.5m width and taking out roots from the wall or roofs complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (using old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement/lime plaster of any description on brick work or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surface of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without extra cement on internal wall surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surface of walls in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth without extra cement including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction on external wall complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- WPC will be measured & Paid separately

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted, incl repair of holes and cracks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two coat @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) in normal as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge NOTE:-work to be carried out upto 21.00m ht with necessary MS scaffolding including all other safety precautions.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment of plastered or un-plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F for windows/ventilators fabricated from 0.6mm thick roll formed section made of galvanised steel powder coated (Base steel as per IS- 513 'D' quality) galvanised as per IS-277 with Zinc of 120 gm/sqm. Windows/ventilators having frame suitable for dual shutter i.e. inner and outer shutter with grill, glazed shutter with 4.0 mm thick glass, mesh shutter with 32 gauge stainless steel mesh, 6mm x 12mm flat iron with 10mm square bar MS grill and all fitting, fixtures accessories complete all as specified and shown in drawing no CEAF/STD-191/2014 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2 (4000 Series) NOTE:- (i) Glazed shutter with 4.00 mm thick glass, mesh shutter with 32 gauge stainless mesh and MS grill as per above mentioned drawing is deemed to be inclusive in the rate quoted for unit. (ii) Glass, stainless teel mesh will be fixed to window by authorised rep of manufacturer of window only. (iii) Making good of jambs in CM (1:4) and OBD with putty complete.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggegate) (average 50 mm thickness) as in levelling course/padding over roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions, finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete on roof complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. (WPC shall be measured & paid seperately).

M&L for cleaning surfaces and applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg/Sqm including cleaning surface complete all as specified & directed.
